(a) Capacities - 315 KVA , LEVEL 3, ENERGY EFFICIENT, with losses at 50% & 100% are 890W & 2440W respectively (b) Type - Oil Immersed / Copper Wound. (c) Number of Phases - Three. Supply, laying, testing & commissioning in replacement of XLPE insulated, insulation screening with extruded semi conducting compound in combination with copper tape, cores laid up, PVC inner sheath, galvanized steel strip armoured and overall PVC sheathed electric power cables(heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor of cross sectional area 95 sqmm, 3 core, 11000 volts grade(Earthed) cable confirming to IS 7098 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, final taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55, 11 mtr long including , anti-climbing device, HT Danger notice plate, HT Insulators, ACSR conductor as required at site etc including painting to pole two coat of synthetic black & yellow enamel paint strip 300 mm wide alternative from bottom to upward of LT pole up to height of 1.5 mtr above the embedded portion of GL and writing pole number balance portion of pole shall be painted with two coats of Aluminium enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.Charge. Note :- (i) Cross arms, PCC for foundation and coping work shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Pole has required for errecting four pole structure.

Material and labour in replacement of air break switch horizontal rotating type gang operated (GOD) triple pole mechanically operated, mounted on insulators (09 insulators) & steel frame with operating mechanism & operating rod of GI pipe 25mm & medium grade with necessary clamps to be operated from ground level 11 KV grade working pressures and current upto 200 amps and drop out fuse unit explusion type for out door double stack chanal air break pole mounted on and including insulators for 11 kv working pressure fixed to and including MS channel with nuts, bolts, and washer etc. suitable for current carry capcity upto 200 Amps all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix HT 11 KV outdoor non-linear Metal Oxide type 12 KV (rms) lightening arrestor polymeric housing with mountings, accessories complete fixed on cross arms of two pole structure/GI flat strip and connect with same size of ACSR conductor encased in PVC alkathine pipe with all fittings connected to earth stripwith nut, bolt, washer transmission class having discharge capacity of 65 kilo Amps and suitable for working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) D2 type using 40 mm graded course aggregate for foundation etc.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) B1 type using 20 mm graded course aggregate for coping etc.

Material & labour for Earthing using galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 60cm X 60cm X 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using galvanised iron strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of GI and protected by light grade 40 mm dia galvanised iron pipe and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering, including funnel, wire mesh, FRP pit chamber with cover (including necessary excavation and earth work disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as specified and shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009. for: (a) Transformer - 02 Nos , (b) 4 Pole Structure, - 02 Nos ,(c) APFC Panel - 02 Nos, (d) LT Panel - 08 Nos

Excavation in trenches in any type of soft/loose soil n exc 1.5 mtr in width and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out all as required for laying of cables,Foundation filling of poles or stays.

Returning filling, in including spreading ,leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm each all as required.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Supply and laying of DWC (double wall corrugated) HDPE pipe, ISI marked, IS 16205 (part 24) : 2017 Part II of outer dia 50 mm and inner dia 38 mm with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure underground cables including all connected accessories like coupler, o-ring etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
