Operation, routine maintenance and breakdown maintenance, reactivation of SCADA System comprising of panel containing VFD, Contactors, preventive devices, PLC, sensors, wiring for various units, bus bar chambers, CPU, UPS, monitor etc by way of replacement or repairing of damaged components and ensuring uninterrupted operation of plant on SCADA throughout the contract period.

Operation, routine maintenance and breakdown maintenance of Twin Lobe rotatory type air blowers of 210 M3/hr air delivery capacity at 0.4 kg/cm2 alongwith prime movers of 7.5 Hp rating at 1450 rpm by way of complete overhauling of blowers, refilling of approved grade cooling oil, rewinding of prime movers and repairs or replacement of damaged mountings and accessories to ensure uninterrupted aeration of SBR tanks during the contract period.

Operation, routine maintenance and repairs/ replacements/ calibration of Pneumatic Rotary Actuators of Jekon make installed on 4” dia SBR tanks through SCADA System during contract period.

Operation, routine maintenance and repairs/ replacements/ calibration of Pneumatic Rotary Actuators of Jekon make installed on 2” dia air line over SBR tanks to ensure automatic aeration within SBR tanks through SCADA System during contract period.

Operation, routine maintenance and breakdown maintenance of horizontal kirloskar make, monoblock pumping unit of size 40 x 40, discharge capacity 4.5 lps, head 13.5 M, prime mover of rating 1.5 Kw at 2800 rpm installed within influent pump house with 4” dia suction and delivery pipe along with 4” dia foot valve and 2” dia NRV to ensure uninterrupted operation of complete unit during contract period.

Operation, routine maintenance and breakdown maintenance of horizontal kirloskar make, monoblock pumping unit of size 80 x 80, discharge capacity 12.6 lps, head 14 M, prime mover of rating 3.7 Kw at 1420 rpm installed within influent pump house with 4” dia suction and delivery pipe along with 4” dia foot valve and 3” dia butterfly valve to ensure uninterrupted operation of complete unit during contract period.

Operation, routine maintenance and breakdown maintenance of horizontal kirloskar make, monoblock pumping unit of size 40 x 40, discharge capacity 4.5 lps, head 13.5 M, prime mover of rating 2 Hp at 2800 rpm installed within influent pump house for bypass arrangement during maintenance of SBR tanks connected with 4” dia delivery line, 4 “ dia sluice valve 6” dia NRV to ensure its operation within required during contract period.

Repairs or replacement of 100 A MCCB along with 100 A copper Bus bar, 32 A DP MCB including wiring and service line connected to incoming supply within influent pump house as and when required during contract period.

Repairs/ replacement to ML4W starter (01 No.) and DOL starters (02 Nos) of 7.5 Hp rating lying within influent pump house but disconnected from the supply.

Replacement and calibration of pressure gauges installed on sewage lines and air lines as and when required during contract period 0-15 PSI (AKVALo) – 02 Nos and 0-7 PSI (INFLo)-04 Nos.

Operation routine maintenance and breakdown maintenance of filter feeding pumps of Kirloskar make of size 40x40, discharge capacity 4.5 lps, Head 13.5, Motor rating 2 HP at 2800 rpm along with suction / delivery conductor of 2” dia, NRVS and sluice valves by way of replacement of damaged pump housings, rewinding of prime movers and overhauling of pumps as and when required during contract period.

Refilling of new filter media within activated charcoal filter after disposing off the older filter media and regular maintenance of ACF during contract period.

Refilling of new filter media within MGF filter after disposing of the old filter media and regular maintenance of ACF during contract period.

Repairs to Air compressor of make NCC Neelgiri compressors having model No: NTC 03 along with Crompton greaves make prime mover of 3HP rating at 1430 rpm by way of rewinding of motor, calibration of safety valves, repairs to cut off switch and replacement of delivery pipe including its regular operation and maintenance during contract period.

Operation, routine maintenance and break down maintenance of Magflow-650 Flow meter, connected on 2” dia meter treated effluent delivery line during contract period.

Operation, routine maintenance and break down maintenance of chlorination dozing unit by way of providing/ filling of new agitator with prime mover, repairs to dozing pump, providing and dozing of sodium hypochlorite @ 5 litres per day of treated sewage during contract period.

Operation, routine maintenance and break down maintenance of sludge removal pumps fitted with SBR tanks of horizontal kirloskar make with size 40x40, discharge capacity 2.5.LPS, Head 11.5M, motor rating of 01 HP at 2700 rpm along with valves and pumping system during contract period.

Operation and maintenance of sludge drying beds by way of removing of dry sludge regularly, repairs to concrete tanks as and when required during contract period.
