PROVIDING CANTEEN MANAGEMENT AND CARETAKER SERVICES AT HPCL BIOFUELS LTD-HQO AT PATNA

Providing Canteen and Caretaking Services as per below scope and attached tender document :

Services required for office block general cleaning, House Keeping, M&R, caretaking, sweeping, washrooms cleaning, serving breakfast/lunch/dinner as required on lump sum monthly basis at HPCL Biofuels HQO, Patna as per the scope of job/item details attached as per Annexure - I

Service Charges towards supply of Consumables required for Housekeeping materials as per below details: Consumables like towels for toilets, brooms, mops, soaps, detergents, room fresheners, cloths, acid, phenol, Harpic, naphthalene balls, insecticides, Pesticides, toiletries, napkins etc. required for carrying out the house keeping job. The Cost of above consumables shall be reimbursed/paid to contractor on actual basis on production of necessary valid documents like original invoice & Gate pass validated by security person & HR Officer-HQO-Patna. Monthly Limit- upto Rs 8,000/- (Inclusive all). Vendor have to quote their service charge in Rupees per month basis only.
