Description of Work / Item(s)
Provision for Disaster Resilient Infrastructure works- Construction of new 11 kV line using XLPE 3 C x 300 sqmm UG cable
Survey of line using GPS, route alignment and , preparation of survey report and uploading in the web portal after approval of project manager.
Excavation of cable trench of appropriate size ( normally 1.2 m deep and 0.35m/0.5m wide for single /double run) in all classes of soil including breaking clods, watering,rammimg and sectioning of soil bank etc and back filling the soil after cable laying and consolidating the soil in layer of 75 cm( excluding laying of cable). The cost includes temporary restoration charges along NH with 1:3:6 CC
Additional rate for excavation of cable trench in exceptionally hard conditions ( like in *ordinary rock).
Charges for HDD including survey of site information collection regarding underground Utilities, survey of utilities, pit marking,pilot drilling Pre-reaming pulling 110 mm dia HDPE pipe ( includes cost of HDPE pipe, temporary restoration charges for HDD pit with 1:3:6 CC etc.)
Laying HT XLPE UG cable of sizes beyond 3x185 sq mm and upto and including 3x300 sqmm including conveying cable Store/stacking place to work site and laying it carefully using cable rollers, taking through stone ware/G.I.pipes at road crossing/culverts/bridges etc.and through already laid HDPE pipe of size 110 mm &160 mm (for Railway crossing) where ever necessary, providing identification tags at 5m intervals, filling the space around the cable with riddled soil and covering the top with concrete slabs providing cable route markers at 100 m intervals, inclusive of cost of all materials (other than cost of GI/HDPE pipe & UG Cable), including crane charges excluding excavation and backfilling.
Doing straight joint on HT XLPE UG cables of sizes beyond 3x185 sqmm and upto and including 3x300 sq mm using the cable jointing kit as per specification after providing proper traffic signalling and caution board fencing etc. wherever necessary, including charges for cable jointer and other sundries etc. as per the direction of departmental officers at site.
Mounting and connecting HT XLPE UG cable ends of all sizes upto and including 3x300 sq mm with special type cable clamps, bolts, nuts, terminal protectors etc.including cost of extra materials if needed and giving necessary jumper connections.
Doing one cable end termination on HT XLPE UG cables of sizes beyond 3x185 sqmm and upto and including 3x300 sq mm using the cable jointing kit after baricading, caution board and all other safety measures including charges for cable jointer etc. complete as per the direction of the departmental officers.
Fitting and erecting one HT PSC Single Pole in position, including fitting cross arm, digging and back filling pit in all classes of soil (as per standards), drawing sufficient length of GI earthing leads to the ground for earthing etc (excluding provision of earthing).
Fitting and erecting one HT Double Pole Structure using PSC pole in position including fitting 2 channel cross arms, digging and back filling pit in all classes of soil, drawing sufficient length of GI earthing leads through all cross arms to the ground for earthing (excluding provision of earthing).
Fitting one set AB switch on existing DP, giving connection and drawing sufficient length of GI earthing leads to the ground for earthing, excluding provision of earthing.
Fitting one Additional 2.4m/3m Channel cross arm (100x50x10mm), in existing 11kV DP including conveyance of materials.
Erection of 11kV LA set ( 3 Nos) with supporting plates and giving all connections etc including cost of earth strip- GI ( 25 x 3mm) and its drawal.
Fitting and providing one HT Stay for 11kV pole - excavation of stay pit in all classes of soil and back filling including erection of complete stay set along with with GI stay wire ( 7/3.15 mm dia), binding of stay wire, by providing guy stay insulator ( 2 Nos) and .2 cum concreting 1 part cement, 3 part sand, 6 part 40 mm size stone aggregate chips ( 1:3:6) as per technical specification, approved drawings etc. .
