Supervision of testing & commissioning of 80 MVA, 132/33 KV, Three Phase Transformer with Fiber Optic Temperature Measurement System, Nitrogen injection, Fire prevention cum Extinguishing system complete with all associated accessories along with online DGA.

Price Schedule-B (Civil Work for plinth, foundations,trenches etc.)

Work of preparation of civil foundation drawing for 132/33 KV Power Transformer, all 132 KV equipments for HV bay of Transformer ( LA, CT, 2 no. Isolator, 01 no. Tandom isolator and Circuit Breaker etc.), 33 KV equipments of LV bay of Transformer (LA, CT, Isolators and Circuit Breaker etc.), 33 KV Bay equipments for 01 no. bay (LA, CT, Isolators and Circuit Breaker etc.) and gantry column with anchor bolts (new structure/with existing structure) as per requirements of sites and type of soil.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or pits of any size including earth filling, dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed,including all heads and lifts. (all kinds of soil)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding cost of centering and shuttering -All work upto plinth level 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding cost of centering and shuttering -All work upto plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand:4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing and timping complete as per direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering , shuttering, finishing and reinforcement -All work upto plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular) of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1cement : 4 fine sand )

Construction of trench (0.65x0.50 mtr.)/(1.10x1.0 mtr)/(0.40X0.40 mtr) with trench cover complete including excavation work, C.C. work in 1:4:8 ratio & C.C. work in 1:2:4 ratio, first class brick work, plaster and fixing of (40x40 mm size) angle on top side of trench & Making frame of trench cover of required size by 40x40 mm size angle & Construction of trench cover by Cement concrete in 1:2:4 ratio.

Steel reinforcement for RCC work including starightening, cutting , bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level : Cold twisted bars.

Work of costruction of fire protection wall including excavation of earth, RCC, CC in ratio 1:1.5:3 and first class brick work with plaster complete work including all labour, material and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Work of excavation / removing and leveling of switchyard works also include grass treatment by digging, cleaning and removing yhe root of vegetation.

Work of providing and laying of 40 mm gravels in 50 mm thickness and 20 mm gravels over it 150 mm thickness is spread all through the switchyard.
