FAB AND SUPPLY OF SMART — esign / fabrication / testing / packing & supply of Smart Pylons. MS Frames,Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) cladding, electrical Vinyl, PET- Gforming,LED lighting and it'scabling with required power drivers etc. all shallbe as per enclosed drawings / specifi tions. ACM will be cladded on MSframework. Drawings enclosed with tender are indicative. Detailed fabrication /shop floor drawings hall be developed by vendor and submitted to HPCL forapproval incl.the detailed design of LED lighting module and fixing arrangemen as per the specifications provided in LED data sheets. Scope includesfabrication of prototype of Smart Pylon basis HPCL approved dr ings /specifications, improvements / alterations / corrections as per instructions &offering finished prototype for approval. Prot ype approval shall be obtainedfrom HPCL before mass production. Rate includes all materials, moulds,ancillaries, taxes / cess / dut s / levies etc. No escalation / de-escalationshall be permitted for any reason whatsoever during Purchase Order validityperiod. Th d Party Inspection (TPI) to be arranged & paid by HPCL. Cost of TPInot to be included in offer price. All pylons shall be inspected y TPI agencybasis approved QAP (Quality Assurance Plan). Supply & Fabrication of pricedisplay system (LED display module) with rem e rate updation module for SmartPylon (for displaying all product lines on one side of Smart Pylon). LED pricedisplay shall be pai extra. The foundation shall be casted by HPCL. However,vendor has to supply and deliver well in advance templates and foundation bo swithin 7 days from date of advice for Pylons to the designated outlets."

INSTALLATION OF SMART — npacking ,erecting, installation,testing and commissioning of Pylons /ancillaries including LED price display system. Rate includes oisting,launching, tools, tackles, machinery, jigs, scaffolding, framework etc. allneeded for erection. Care shall be taken not to isturb outlet operation and toensure no damage to the Pylon or outlet facilities. All safety measures shall betaken while erection The foundation shall be casted by HPCL."

SUPPLY OF LED PRICE — cope of job includes supply of LED price display system in the Pylon as pergiven specifications.
