Drilling of perfectly vertical bore hole of a 20 inch/500mm diameter suitable to receive 10 inch/250 mm nominal diameter MS casing pipe, up to desired depth below ground level including all pretaining to drilling such as transportation, installation and removal of drilling machine etc. complete in all respect. In all type of colloapsible strata consisting of soils, clays, sand moorum, gravel, boulders, rocks etc.(disposable of mud & other material from the site as per AMC norms)

Providing and installing 250mm dia MS Class-C (heavy duty) 6.00mm thick (MSERW Casing Pipe) housing pipe with ISI make V-wire LCG 1.5mm screen pipe approximately 100 mtr length by hydraulic rotary method as specified. (Approved make-Jindal/TATA/Johnson). Welding charges and providing and fixing top cap, clamps, reducers, boil plug etc. complete in all respect in included in the item.

Providing and fixing of well cap on top of the tube well for protection M.S. Caps 250 mm dia.

Construction of concrete block over the borewell for protection & sealing, of suitable size (Approx 3 Feet X 3 Feet) in M-25 cement concrete mix.

Providing and fixing Dia-5inch/125 mm/as suitable dia UPVC Heavy duty pipes (Nihir/Precision or approved make) with complete fittings i.e. Socket, bend, tee, flange etc.for bore well. Upto the water level in the bore and draw down.

Providing and fixing gun metal non-return valve of approved quality (screwed end) 5inch 125mm nominal bore for horizontal work.

Providing and fixing suitable digital flowmeter with remote monitoring system including all control wiring & installation for daily water consumption record suitable for 5inch dia uPVC pipe. (Make-Reputed).

Development of bore well using air compressor of required pressure & rating for required number of hrs including fuel etc. complete as per the requirement.

Electric Item

Supply of 60HP, 10 stage/suitable stage three phase submersible pump motor set suitable for 5inch UPVC Pipe, Head- minimum 200 Mtrs & as per water level requirement (Make - Kirloskar/KSB/Lubi only). Pump dia, pumps efficency,LPM discharge to be specified & approved by engineer incharge.

Installation, testing,commissioning of above rating submerssible pump set along with UPVC Pipe in the bore well.

Supplying, laying, Connecting, making end terminations of 3.5CX95 Sq.mm. size 1100 volts grade armoured XLPE insulated PVC sheathed Aluminium conductor armoured cable as per IS 1554 complete in wall & ground at suitable depth including excavation ,boring,core cut ,sand cushioning,protective covering/hume pipe and refilling etc complete as required ( cable Make - Finolex/Havells/ RR Kable)

Supplying ,installation ,connecting and testing PVC insulated, PVC sheathed flat submersible of 3C x 35 sq mm copper conductor cable suitable for above pump, providing suitable PVC cable tie in the bore & up to pump panel as required.(Make Finolex/Polycab/ RR Kable)

SITC of control VFD panel consisting of suitable for 60 hp pump of including digital VM,AM,Single Phasing Preventor, Dry run protection, power factor correction capacitor, overload relay with indicator lamps in MS Sheet box enclosure with hinged double doors & locking arrangements complete with grouting on fabricated iron legs and required size of RCC foundation suitable for outdoor mounting incomer MCCB & neccsary electrical protection as per IS standard. Supply & making of maintenance free Earthing station with the use of 19/21mm dia copper Rod ,3M long- ,with 50kg- grounding material (back fill compound with moisture capture capacity and reuse soil) resistivity - scope includes supply of electrod/ back fill compund / labour charges for bore of 300- 3.5 mtrs depth/making earth chember with 450 mm x 450 mm x CI / FRP cover Installation detail - making 3.5 m depth bore - 100 mm fill with chemical compund paste / put electrode in centre of bore / fill up balance space of bore with chemical compund / balck cotton soil ( if avilable ) paste - carefull for no air gap in paste , ALSO CHECK WITH ELECTRODE / COMPUND MANUFACTURE FOR INSTALLATION DETAIL TO ACHIVE LESS THEN 1 OHM
