Vadodara station - Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for two nos Escalators installed in East Side circulating area of Vadodara railway station for a period of five years.

A- CAMC of Escalators

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract of 02 nos escalators installed at PF No. 1 of Vadodara station which includes routine, monthly preventive maintenance and breakdown 1 maintenance as per manufacturer's maintenance schedule for a period of 05 (five years) including repair/replacement of worn out items with minimum down time and warranty and guarantee of repaired/replaced items to keep the escalators in perfect working condition throughout the contract period (2 Nos x 5 years = 10 years). Replacement of defective items like steps, hand rail belts, emergency stop buttons and traffic light bollards, by new one as and when required, as per specifications. (Quantity shall be as per actual replaced and rate of individual item shall be as per LOA) - (a) Replacement of defective 2 hand rail belt by providing new hand rail belt black - Rate - 7125.00 per meter. (b) Replacement of defective step by providing new step (1000/80 mm diameter sub-roller with black three sides + middle yellow paint demarcation) - Rate - 41,945.00 per number. (c) Replacement of defective emergency stop button by providing new emergency stop button - Rate - 5960.00 per number. (d) Replacement of defective traffic light for escalators by providing new traffic light bollard-EDSA-058 - Rate - 12,080.00 per number.
