Outsourcing of services for running and operation of electrically operated lift installed at 555 SMU by providing one opeartor for one shift of 08 hrs (from 0800 to 1600 hrs) on all working days except Sunday and ND (V) holiday for trouble free fuctining of lifts compete all as specifie and as directed

Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated automatic passenger lift for capacity of 884 kg (lift installed at SMU bldg) keeping the lifts and its accessories in perfect working condition sheduled by carrying out periodic checks with the repair/renewal & replacement of all defective/worn out spare parts including fixing minor spares all as specified in particular specifications to ensoure smooth / safe and efficient operation complete all as specified & as directed.

All as per item No 2.00 above but capacity of 544 kg lift installed at Godavari Block

All as per item No 2.00 above but capacity of 545 kg lift installed at Bldg No 43.

All as per item No 2.00 above but goods lift capacity of 345 kgs lift installed at Bldg No. 49 Dumper platter

All as per item No 2.00 above but passenger lift capacity of 680 kgs lift installed at (SAX department amenity block) Bldg No. 15.

Notes for item Nos. 2.00 to 7.00 :- The following service shall be provied by the contractor :- a). Preventive maintenenac consists of carryout routine check by skilled personnel as specified in particular specification and as recommnedned by OEM and lubrication to all moving parts. Topping up of oils as per the lubrication chart enclosed. b). Breakdown maintenance consists of :- (i) Attending the fault that may occure and carryout necessary repairs to electrical and control circuit and mechanical components of the all lifts that may occure during the operation. c) The rates quoted by the tender includes cost of consumable like grase toppingup/replacement of gear oils, cotton rags, copper cables, hardware like bolts, nuts and other miscellaneous items. d). The contractor shall arrange welding machine/lathe work if required and necessary T&P items like grease gun, tool kit, measuring instruments etc. during maintenance period. e). contractor will employ minimum One qualified mechanic and semiskill employe having sound knoweldge and well experience of daily basis.

Half yearly Load testing of lift using artificially load in presence of Lift Inspector approved by Govt of AP and submit test certificate as per Factories act. b :- (i) Artificial load shall be arrange by department. (ii) Handling and transporting of artifical load from the store yard to work site shall be arrange by contractor.

M & L for taking down unserviceable / burnt main motor 3 phase, 415V, 10 to 15 HP, 1450 RPM and rewinding the same using copper wire of suitable gauge and all insulation, varinishing, drying and refixing of the same in position after testing complete including replacement of necessary nuts and bolts for foundation, etc complete all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed.

Supply and fix speed reduction gear box suitable for elevator with phosphorus bronze worm wheel and stainless steel worm shaft housed in cast iron housing with suitable bearings for worm wheel and worm shaft. The gear box shall be oil cooled with glass inspection window to inspect the oil level in the gear box. The gear box shall be provided with necessary eye bolt for handling the gear box for transportation and erection. The shaft shall be provided with necessary key to lock the flange properly. Supply and fix 3 phase induction motor up to capacity 5.5KW suitable for elevator and VVVF drive working on 400VAC supply, 50Hz frequency, 4 Pole, S4 class duty 40%, flange mounting with 'F' Class insulation. The shall have double shaft extension for fixing coupling flange on one end and on other end to fix fly wheel, both the shaft end shall be provided with locking key to fix flange and fly wheel properly. Supply and fix dual shaft extended brake unit working on 110 VDC supply, the brake unit shall have 2 coils with emergency release handle along with drum and arms with brake bands of 6mm thickness complete all as directed. [Make : MONTANRI / IES].

Supply and fix Mild steel frame suitable for mounting elevator gearbox along with traction sheave, motor, break unit and other components of machine unit of elevator, the frame shall be provided with anti vibration rubber pads along with all hardware required to fix the complete machine unit, the frame shall be made out of suitable C Channel and beam complete all as directed. Supply and fix cast iron heat treated traction sheave suitable for 13mm elevator steel rope along with locking key to mount on gear box the sheave shall be of 520mm dia with 4 grooves for rope complete all as directed. [Make : MONTANRI / IES].

Supply and fix Car operating panel suitable for Auto Door / Goods Lift serving up to 7 floors with illuminated push button working on 24 VDC and digital position indicator with travel direction indicator working on 24VDC. All shall be mounted on 1.5mm thick stainless steel 304 grade sheet with acrylic sheet for digital position indicator. All necessary hardware shall be provided to fix the COP at site complete all as directed.

Landing Door Mechanism suitable for Centre Opening Auto door 800mm along with SS Panels with Vision Panel

Automatic Rescue Device unit complete for Manual / Auto operated door, Goods /Passenger lift of capacity 2000Kg with main motor up to 11 KW Motor with VVVF for Power Control, battery backup of 72 V shall be provided with battery charging unit / circuit. Inverter circuits with Transformer for break door control shall be incorporated. All indications like battery charging, Rescue Operation ON, Lift moving up, Lift moving down, Safety Complete, Lift at floor shall be on the front panel, battery 12 V 7.2 AH-07 No's.
