SH-I for Hiring of PA System with Stage Lighting Hiring of high quality sound / PA system on daily basis comprising of following equipments in single shift along with one number AV Engineer and one number helper. The shift timings shall be decided by the Engineer-in-Charge including installation & dismantling work alongwith transportation of equipment from workshop to site to workshop etc. complete as required. SH-II for Temporary Lighting alongwith DG Set & UPS Hiring of high quality following electrical equipment on daily basis in single shift. The shift timings shall be decided by the Engineer-in-Charge including installation & dismantling work alongwith transportation of equipment from workshop to site to workshop etc. complete as required. a) 3 x 120 Watt RGB Light

Hire charges of Led colour TVs/display to be installed complete with all Mounting arrangement / TV stand including installation & dismantling work alongwith transportation of equipment from workshop to site to workshop etc. complete as required. a) 85" LED TV

Hire charges for providing, installation, testing and operation of LED screen of 12 feet X 8 Feet sizes suitable for operation in Day & Night time, the screen should have p-4.8 LED, the input connection from the live station with the help of fiber optic HD cable, fiber connection from video and audio station to LED display walls and all corresponding connection etc. as required. The Kramer switch should be integrated with the screen along with convertors and the LED wall should be controlled and operated by LED video processor, laptop etc. i/c suitable mounting arrangement with the help providing scaffolding structure of MS hollow pipes (Class B) with 5 mtr minimum vertical clearance under the display screen from the ground surface, The mounting structure shall be capable of withstanding roadside vibrations, wind pressure, earthquake, all live load, dead load etc. at site of installation. It shall be provided with suitable walkway for maintenance access. The sides interior and rear of enclosures shall be provided in maintenance free naturak aluminium finish, Rugged locking mechanism should be provided for the onsite enclosures and cabinets. Entire structure i/c LED display screen should be mounted on scaffolding. The LED screen should be dismantled after the event i/c to & fro from the site to godown etc. as required.
