Supply, fabrication, testing and commissioning of MS pipe line (ERW) of 300 mm dia 7.9 mm thick as per IS 3589:2001 and taking out old unserviceable pipe line complete all as specified and as directed. Make- Jindal/TATA/SAIL

Supply and fix MS pipe line of 200 mm bore ISI marked medium grade, 6 mm thick (ERW) including MS specials but excluding flanged joint with flanges and taking out old unserviceable pipe line complete all as specified and as directed. Make- Jindal/TATA/SAIL

Material and labour for supply/fixing/testing of MS pipe line 150mm dia ISI marked medium grade including MS specials but excluding flanged joint with flanges measured under relevent item and taking out old unserviceable pipe line complete all as specified and as directed. Make- Jindal/TATA/SAIL

Taking down old unserviceable GI pipe, including short length (up to 6m) from gallaries/walls and supply & fix GI pipe 100 mm bore ISI marked medium grade with all fittings such as tees, bend, elbows, sockets reducer, nipples and union complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 4.00 above but for size 80 mm bore

All as per item No 4.00 above but for size 50 mm bore

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 M in wide and depth for carrying out repairs to jointing pipe and getting out in soft / loose soil including dewatering of sub soil water complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 7.00 above but for exceeding 1.5 M in wide/depth but not exceeding 3.00 mtr in soft / loose soil

All as per item No 7.00 above but for Soft / Disintegrated rock ( For road /hard standing cutting)

Returning, filling in soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavted soil not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for PCC (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in pillar to support the pipe lines including necessary form work and finishing the exposed surfaces of concrete fair and even complete all as specified and as directed

Material & labour for replacement of flange joints gusket suitable for CI / MS / DI flanged water mains after dismantling at least 12 mtr pipe at both side of joint and jointing with new rubber gasket nuts, bolts and washers including taking out old perished rubber gasket, nuts bolts and washers for 300 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only DI / CI / MS fittings for water pipe line such bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs including taking out broken CI /MS specials upto 300mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for painting to old / new steel surfaces of MS/GI pipe lines with one coats of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for rectification of leakage lead joint of CI pipe including taking out old unserviceable lead joint of the pipe size 300 mm bore, complete new joint with spun yard and lead including using retrived lead complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 18.00 above but for size 80 mm bore

Mild Steel framed work with ends of bars souldered, welded or reveted or forced into spikes, framed guard bars, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, gates, frame work of water tank, valvepit and similar work confirming to Fe-290.Gde-E-165 including painting with one coat of red oxide primer and one coat of anticorrosive black bituminous paint including dismantling mild steel work of any description not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for attending break down of 300 mm bore CI/MS/DI pipe line bursting/cracks and including cleaning/removal of broken pipe pieces of various lengths through gas cutting / manual cutting as per site requirement and including inserting necessary specials such as pipes MS/CI collar/Mechanical joints etc., as per site requirement, testing for leakages of lead joints, testing and necessary dewatering by using necessary pupms, mechanical excavator complete all as specified and as directed. Note 1 :- The quoted rate is deemed to be include the following :- (i) arrangement of suitable pump sets for dewatering at the time of break down. (ii) Necessary labour/ trade men for attending break down (iii) labour element required for fixing CI/DI/MS pipes, specials fittings Note 2 :- Earth work, Lead joints , Supply only CI/DI/MS pipes, specials, fittings, will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items
