Earth work in excavation for structures of bridge work in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil including saturated soil, comprising of mixed soil, ordinary rock and hard rock as per drawing and technical specifications including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal in all leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material in compacted layers not exceeding fifteen centimetre thickness. All work of rock cutting by blastinging shall be carried out by taking all necessary precaution against soil erosion damage to hill side water pollution etcetera and to protect stability of hill slop, rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited). All earth work in cutting/excavation including rock excavation shall be carried out true to level, side slopes, width, as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, hauling and stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner, including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge as per MORTH technical specification clause 304. If the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water or water is met with in the excavation due to spring seepage and other causes it shall be removed by suitable diversion bailing out or pumping as directed and the area of the foundation shall be kept dry. Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the whole responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost in all cases.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundation for all type of structure complete of plain cement concrete grade M-10 (M-ten) nominal mix 1: 3: 6 ( one cement: three sand : six graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeters) nominal size in or under water and curing complete and including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering, removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/depths including the cost of form work complete in all respect as per drawing and M.O.R.T.H. technical specification clause 2100 as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge . The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government and including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete in sub structure as per drawing and M.O.R.T.H. technical specification clause 1500,1700 and 2100 reinforced cement concrete Grade M-25 (M-Twenty five) nominal mix 1:1½:3 (one cement one and half sand : three graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty milimetres) nominal size) mix designed to obtain the minimum compressive strength of Grade M-25 (M-Twenty five) and curing complete including the cost of form work, but excluding the cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in abutment caps etcetera as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes as imposed by the Government.

Furnishing and placing reinforced/ prestressed cement concrete in super structure as per M.O.R.T.H. technical specification clause 1500, 1600 and 1700 reinforced cement concrete grade M-25 (M-Twenty five) nominal mix 1:1½:3 (one cement one and half sand : three graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty milimetres) nominal size) mix designed to obtain the minimum compressive strength of Grade M-25 (M-Twenty five) and curing complete including the cost of form work, but excluding the cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in R.C.C. Tower and beams etcetera and curing complete including haulage of material in all leads, lifts and other incidental and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes as imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced Cement Concrete grade M-30 (M-Thirty) designed mix with cement contents not less than 430kg (four hundred thirty kilogrammes) per cubic metre with 20mm (Twenty millimetres) size broken/crushed stone aggregate in super-structure as per drawings and M.O.R.T.H. technical specifications clause 1500,1600,1700 and 2700 including the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in approach slab and curing complete including hauling of materials in all leads and lifts and other incidental, as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Back filling with granular material behind abutments, wing walls, return walls and retaining walls complete as per drawing and MORTH technical specifications clause 710.1.4 of IRC 78 and as per direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 100mm ( Hundred millimeter) dia ISI marked AC pipe weep holes in brick masonry/ stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall and retaining/breast walls extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V): 20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 614,709 and 1204.3.7 and as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer – in- Charge, including the cost of collar etcetera complete, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in sub structure complete as per drawing and M.O.R.T.H. technical specifications section 1600 and 2200 including cutting, bending, binding and placing in position complete in all respect including cost of binding wire upto any floor level as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying spreading by mechanical means and compacting stone aggregate of specified size to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (Eighty/Hundred) K.N. static Road roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming crushed stone screening type-B 11.2mm (eleven point two milimetres) size for Grading-II at the rate of 0.20 (zero point two zero cubic metre per 10 sqm. (Ten square metre) of road surface including binding material of approved quality at the rate of 0.06 (zero point zero six) cubic metre per 10sqm. (ten square metre) of road surface to fill up the interstices of course aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading –II 63mm to 45mm ( Sixty three millimetres to forty five millimetres) size 75mm (Seventy Five millimetres) compacted thickness as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 405 including hauling of material within all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . Steel work riveted in built up sections including cutting, hoisting fixing and placing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in trussed steel bridges exceeding 45 metre (forty five metres) span complete, as per HP.PWD specifications, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes as imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing in position cast steel fixtures like saddles, rocker and roller bearing along with rollers grease box and other fixtures complete, as per HPPWD specifications, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes as imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing M.S. round holding down or anchor bolts with nuts and washers complete, as per HPPWD specifications, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing in position pipe railing of 15 (fifteen) rolled steel joints post designation 15 MB 100 (100 & 75) at 2.5 Metre (two point five metre) luterval and three rows of 50mm (fifty milimetres) diameter steel pipes (light) including fixing in position on bridge deck complete as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1208.2, as per HPPWD specifications, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental and as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
