Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide but not exceeding 1.5m in deep for foundation etc and not exceeding 1.50m deep for shaft, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick of excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material [Soil] to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone / boulder masonry walling, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc and removal unserviceable materials, debris, rubbish to out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into old masonry to form toothings for bonding in new brick or stone work including making good in cement mortar 1:6 etc, complete all as directed.

M&L for squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type, regular coursed well bonded ,bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stone & dressing of face beds & joints as specified of squared rubble walling Jodhpur type brought upto courses with maximum depression of face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc 20mm and dressing face beds and joints, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L keyed pointing in cement mortar (1:3) to squared rubble masonry regular coursed or un coursed complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 by using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as incoping, bed plates, plinth courses, paraptes, bed block for fixing of hold fast like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, attached pilasters and buttresses etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to faces of concrete as in boundary walls and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter fair finished surfaces of concrete flat etc complete all as directed.

S&F Mild Steel Posts, Y sections and struts in fencing incl cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes, notching for wire and making arrangements for fixing concertina coil end ring of barbed wire fencing etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) incl all necessary drilling, bolting or reviting etc and similar works confirming to o Fe 290 (E-165). complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing of concertina coil made of galvanised material having coil dia. 600mm & wire dia 2.8mm, colour ( silver or equavilent as approved by GE), rounded 50 circuls covering in 10RM with necessary fixing material complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface, finished even & smooth w/o using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork or on one side of lathing finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified & directed

M&L for preparation of new plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over & including M&L one coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for (roof padding/roof kerb etc) including dismantling of existing membrane and cement mortar and removal of debris outside of MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding over old cleaned surface of any description on roof/terrace to fill any depressions etc or to obtain desired slopes complete all as specified and directed.

Roughning of existing roof surface by brushing with wire brush &nfanning the surface to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as directed.

M&L for rendering 20mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), mixed with integral water proofing liquid all as per manufacturer's instructions over concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for carrying out water proofing treatment for roofs in the following stages - . (ii) Material and labour for UV stable single component fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid applied waterproofing membrane having solid content of 55% formulated wih PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic fibres and having sun reflectivity Index (SRI) of 106. The application of the material should be done in three coat (6 hr gap after each coat) on the substrate, applying first self priming coat at ratio of damp proof ultra and water 3:1 then 2 undiluted coat of damp proof ultra obtaining coverage @1 ltr/10 sqft in two coats (10-12 hrs gap between each coat. The vital physical and chemical parameters shall be as under. Min elongationat break of 350%, crack bridging ability of 2.5 mm @650 microns thickness, resists positive hydrostatic pressure of up to 10 bars, the material shall be appliied with brush or roller, also proper surface preparation along with covingat corners is must, complete all as directed by engineer-in charge. Note : - (i) The work shall be executed by the authorized applicator of the manufacturer only. (ii) The authorized applicator of manufacturer shall be approved by GE. (iii) The color of final finish shall be decided by the GE

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked all as specified.

Note:- (i)- Qty's have been clubbed from 2 Nos sanction Job's, BOQ Item Serial No 01 to 18 is consider in 14/ LBW / JODH / 2025-26 & BOQ Item Serial No 19 to 24 is consider in JODH / MW / 05 / 2025-26. NOTE:- (i)- The contract sum shall be arrived at after duducting amount of schedule of "Credit" from the Total quoted amount
