Dismantling of Posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC), any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good to disturbed ground embeded in concrete/brick work etc. complete.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in any type of soil oe PCC each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out debries returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around as directed after provision of new post, in layers not exceeding 25 cm,watering and removing surplus sol to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface. (PCC wherevere required for filling will be measured and paid seprately)

M&L PCC (1:3:6) nominal mix type C-2 (using 40 mm grade aggregate) as in foundations, fillings and mass Concrete complete all as specified as directed.

M & L for providing precast reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 type A1 using (20mm graded stone aggregate) in precast post,fencing post,straining or terminal post,struts etc for fencing,average sectional area exc 100 and n exc 250 sqm with or without chamfered angles and flat ,splayed,rounded or mitred tops as direct and fixed all as specified and as directed

M&L mild steel TMT Bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for column,in reinforcement of fencing posts,colums,plinth beams in fencing hooping ends & binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and conforming to Fe-500-D or higher grade.

All as per item No.5 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified

M&L for preparation of new plastered and unplastered or concrete surfaces of pole post masonary etc and applying three coat of white wash all as specified

S&F Galvanised 2 stand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia at barbs 75mm spacing and strainings and fixed to any type of standard rails staning bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvamised mild steel wire stapled or steel pins etc as directed (each line wire to be measured).

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) bed plates filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise described for any description excluding form work complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 as in Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, (Posts and Struts in fencing including embedding in concrete etc) drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps, gates wind tie including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S & F MS framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shoulders or riveted or forged in to spikes, framed guard bars etc and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanized fencing size or type 75mm X 75mm with 4mm dia and to any type of standard rails standard bolts etc (if minimum weight is not available then contractor has to provide next higher weight ( kg /sqm)without extra cost)

Fixing only chain link fencing including provision of line / binding wires, with standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire. Note-MS Flat & MS bar to be measured and paid separately

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulders masonry, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlars facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of (reinforced) cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for(including cuting reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast PCC solid block masonary (1 : 3 : 6 ) type C-1 using (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) straight or curved on plan exc. 10cm in width & built in CM 1 : 6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B-1, using (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.50m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands,plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, with 25x15mm plaster drip mould as directed including necessary form work complete.

M&L Rendering 10mm thick on any faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including cornices, pilasters etc and applying two coats cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L broken glass coping rendered with 25mm layer of cement mortar (1:3) with a rounded or weathered finish and before the mortar has set, glass (of bottle or thick glass) broken to approximately 63mm gauge, shall be firmly embedded at the rate of 10 Kg of glass per square metre of rendered surface, jogged edges of the glass being left projecting, all as specified and directed.
