Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with M-sand in layers of not more than 15cm thickwell rammed watered and compacted including & conveyance and all labour charges etc.,

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix ( one cement four sand and eight aggregate ) using 40mm guage hard broken tone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted etc., complete comply

Brick work in cm 1:5 mix (one cement and five sand ) using ll class bricks of size 23x11x7 cm including curing, finishing and cost & conveyance of all materials etc. complete.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits of RCC works of plane surfaces mentioned below including strutting 3m high using mild sheets stiffened with M.S angles

Supplying and fabricating and placing in position of ribbed steel rods for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors etc., complete

RCC 1:1 1/2:3 mix using 20mm ISS HBG metal for RCC works excluding centering, shuttering, and reinforcement grill but including laying, ramming, curing etc., complete

Supplying and fixing colour galvalume sheet roof of 0.47mm thick and steel tubular box section of 100x50x3 mm of 1 meter interval including priming coat fixing in position with all necessary accessories complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of Indian type water closet including all charges etc.

Supplying and fixing of Europeon type water closet including all charges etc.

Paving the flooring with special type of flooring tiles (Cement based Hydraulically pressed Anti skid Step tiles (20mm thick ) in CM 1:3, 20mm thick

Dadooing the walls with colour glazed tiles in cement mortar 1:2 mix (one cement and two sand )10mm. Thick using bedt quality of glazed tiles of size 15cm x15cm x6mm. Including pointing with white cement using 0.40 kg per square metre including finishing the joints and pointing flush with tile surface etc., complete including plastering the walls the tiles including scaffolding, setting, curing,etc., complete complying with standard specifications as dircted by the departmental officers.

SPECIAL CEILING PLASTERING and finishing all the RCC exposed surfaces such as slabs, sunshades, canopies, staircase steps, landing slabs, etc. with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 10mm thick and including hacking the surfaces and Providing necessary cement mortar nosing beading as per size, specification wherever necessary using the same mix as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specification.

PLASTERING with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand ) 12mm thick in all floors complying with standard specifications.

Towards the cost of steel door of size 0.75mx2.10 m including all charges etc.

Towards the cost of steel door of size 1.80mx2.10 m including all charges etc.

Distempering two coats with best approved oil bound distember including cost of painting priming coat over new plastered surface and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges

Exterior Emulsion Two coats over priming coat including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc complete.

Painting two coats using Ist quality readymix enamel paint of approved colour over new iron work including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc.
