Dismantling air break gang operated switches vertical/horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism for repair in replacement of broken/worn out components and insulators etc complete all as specfied and directed.

Supply installed testing and commissioning of Air-break, gang operated, triple pole switch, outdoor, vertical mounting type (ISI marked), mechanically operated, mounted on insulators 12 nos including 400 amp rating complete with (DO Fuse unit) fuse mounts, fuse carriers and HT fuse elements and frame work with operating mechanism worked from ground level, with locking arrnagments including Godrej pattern 65mm pad locks with two keys, complete suitable for HT 11 KV, 50 Hz AC supply including necessary electric connections, complete all as specified and directed

Taking down existing damage/unsv/faulty PVC insulated, armoured, aluminium conductor 11000V grade cable of any size and core from trenches, pipe, ducts, pole etc. Testing for serviceability of cable, cutting and segregating serviceable portion for relaying serviceable cable where directed.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11 KV grade earthed laid in trenches/ducts/encased in GI pipe/fixed to pole including jointing and testing complete all as specified and directed of size 95 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11 KV grade earthed laid in trenches/ducts/encased in GI pipe/fixed to pole including jointing and testing complete all as specified and directed of size 120 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Relaying only serviceable 11 KV XLPE insulated armoured cable obtained from item Ser No 09 above all as specified and directed . Note : Excavation and earth work will bemeasured and paid sepertely in relevant items.

Dismantling of PCC/steel tubular pole incl coping, insulators from poles complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded aggregate in foundation, filing and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair GI tube 100 mm bore light grade with all fittings and fixed complete for road crossing /on wall/floor and crossing culvert or laid in floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for horozontal boring and inserting casing pipe with all fitting and fixture with material of HDPE pipe size 150 mm of pressure rating 6 Kg/Cm2 along road and under pavements/hard standing/railway/road crossing in all type of soils at prescribed depth of boring not less than 1.75 Mtr from the raod surface including making PCC Chamber with cover at both ends of road etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting the external exposed surfaces of steel tubular swaged/rail poles of HT alongwith cross arms, bracket and connected accessories with one coat of aluminium paint including preparation of old painted surfaces and writing the details of the pole in white letters on black back ground and pasting radium red strickers/paint with 3 lines around the pole complete all as directed.

M&L Cleaning of surrounding areas from large grass weeds ,vegetation, shrubs branches of trees at substations, near Transformers ,near RMU panel ,near Electric pole structures by manual /Electric Grass cutting machine/JCB etc with complete grass and vegetation clearance from ground and leveling if required without any damage to the electric cables and items complete all as specified and as directed.

Lopping / prooning of tree branches upto the extend to obtain clearance all around the over head lines conductor upto 3 mtr from furthest conductor on pole and pole to pole one span including removing of cut branches and cleaning of site complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a). The trees branches etc will be left at site as it is and will not be carried away by the contractor / DEL as the wood belongs to CEO / DEO and they will be responsible to lift the wood. (b). Prooning of all tree branches in one tree shall be measured as one Job. c). Contractor will employ sufficient labour to complete the job with in time as directed. (d). Contractor will be responsible for any type of mis-happening / accident while prooning the trees. (e). Contractor supervisor will take proper shut down from MES installation before starting the work and clear it before resuming power supply . However full assistance will be provided by MES staff. (f). The contractor will provide proper tools and safety devices to his staff for prooning of trees.

M&L for hiring of cable fault locator machine for HT cables working voltage 33 KV /11 KV to find out the fault in underground trench at different location up to 500 RM after locate fault and jointing and testing the cable all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Excavation and earth work & Joints will be paid and measured separtely in relevant item. (b) If the complaint not attended within one hour contractor shall be liable to pay a penalty of Rs 1000/- per Hour per complaint.

S&F in repair Cable end termination 11 KV HT (heat shirnkable) cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor /outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 24 above but size of 120 to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Straight through 11 KV HT (heat shirnkable) cable jointing kit for 11 KV ( Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of of size 120 to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 26 above but size of 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enanelled white of size 20 x25 cm with figures letters and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed with mild steeel clamps made of flat iron nuts bolts and washers etc for HT poles with voltage and danger indicated in hindi and english and local vernacular complete.

M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any hape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint.

Dismantling of ACSR from the poles all as specified and directed.

Dismantling insulators any type any size from HT poles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for maintenance & Overhauling of 11 KV VCB of existing make/ type/mode/ capacity including dismaintling of operating mechanism parts well cleaning with petrol and CRC-226 and replacing unserviceable spare parts re-assembling of parts including well cleaning and greasing of all mechanical parts .The complete panel board,main busbar,decarbonizing all joints busbar CTS,PTS, spouts metal parts and making VCB perfect operating in manual and electric mode and calibration & checking of tripping system of 11 KV circuit breaker through IDMT over current and earth fault relay at plug setting infented in service by primary current injection method to ensure proper function of trip coil control circuit etc. during fault condition setting by expert complete all as specified and directed.Note:- Spare parts required to make VCB functional will be measure and paid separately under respective items.

(ii) The contractor or his authorised representative shall report to the concerned JE E/M at 09:00 hours dailly on all working days to receive order/instructions of the work. A register shall be maintained to record all orders & instructions and their complaints and is to be signed by the contractor/his representative and the Engineer-in-charge/JE E/M concerned. (iii) Work done register to be maintained by the contrator and department jointly.

Note : Tenderers may note that amount of credit Rs 3,72,805.00 will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract.
