Maintenance of existing Horticulture features at community center, Children park, Entry Gate, Transit Guest House inside New Quarters Residential Complex, ATC Complex and FSTC Narayanpur at NSCBI Airport, Kolkata during 2023-24 and 2024-25.

Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn including hoeing, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn, mover and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers (whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by Engineer-in-charge including Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide, lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel & other T & P material/articles (as per Ref. DSR Hort. 2020, 2.40).

Cutting of Hedge/Edge including removing of cut material, cleaning, hoeing of hedge/edgebed watering, manureing and applying insecticides and fungicides etc. (including the cost of material as per Ref. DSR Hort. 2020, 2.36) and as per direction of Engineer- in-charge.

Maintenance of shrubs/plants by topiary Cutting and shapping of plant removing of cut materials i/c hoeing, watering, trimming, prunning and other unforseen horticulture works and activities etc. as per Ref. of DSR Hort. 2020, 2.38 and direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Providing and Plantation of Trees, Shrubs, and Hedge at site i/c preparation of pits for plantation , watering and removal of unserveiceable material’s as per Hort DSR'2020 2.57 and direction of Engineer- in-charge. Hedge Plant

Providing & laying Doob grass turf with earth 50mm to 60mm thickness of existing ground prepared with proper level and ramming with required tools wooden and than rolling the surface with light roller make the surface smoothen and light watering the same and maintenance for 30 days or more till the grass establish properly, as per Hort DSR'2020 2.34 and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yardstick in the garden area i.e. lawn, hedge, trees, shrubs, herbs ground cover, rockeries, seasonal beds, foliage, creepers, etc. i/c hoeing, lawn mowing, hedge cutting, watering, weeding, prunning, clipping of ground covers, replacement of plants, gap filling, grass cutting, cleaning & removal of garden rubbish, applying insecticides and pesticides and fertilizers,(wherever required), top dressing of lawn with manure and maintenance of other garden related works at FSTC Narayanpur as per Hort DSR'2020 2.39 and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Pruning, trimming, shaping of trees /shrubs (ht 15 feet and above) i/c removal of cut materials upto 50mt. lead and as per Hort DSR'2020 2.61 and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (necessary T&P shall be arranged by the contractor).

Supplying of Aglaonema Parrot Jungle plant with pot (three in one), having ht. 30 cm and above with 20 to 25 leaves, well developed, fresh & healthy in 25 cm size of terra cotta Plastic pot with bottom tray as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge.

Supplying of Araucaria cookie having ht. 90 cm to 120 cm, straight, well developed, fresh and healthy with lush green leaves from bottom to top in 25 cm size of of terra cotta Plastic pot with bottom tray as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge.

Supplying of Areca Palm plant, having ht. 90 cm to 1.20 m with 4 to 5 suckers, well developed, fresh and healthy with lush green foliage in 25 cm size of terra cotta Plastic pot with bottom tray as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge.

Supplying of Dracaena Song of India plant (three in one), having ht. 30 cm and above, multibranchesed, well developed with fresh and healthy leaves in 25 cm size of terra cotta Plastic pot with bottom tray as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge.

Supplying of Money Plant Broad Leaves mounted on moss stick 90 cm ht., 3 to 4 plants in each pot, well developed with full of fresh & healthy leaves in size of 25 cm Top dia x 18 cm Bottom dia x 25 cm Perpendicular height size of terra cotta Plastic pot with bottom tray as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying of Raphis Palm plant, having ht. 75 cm to 90 cm with 12 to 15 equal suckers, well developed, full of fresh & healthy leaves from bottom to top in 25 cm size of terra cotta Plastic pot with bottom tray as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying of Ficus black/golden well plant developed fresh & healthy foliage 60 to 75 cm spread 120 to 135 cm ht., Bushy plant in 35 cm Cement Pot as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Maintenanace of potted plants i/c Cutting of Edge, removing of cut material, cleaning, hoeing of Edge watering, manureing and applying insecticides and fungicides etc. at ATC Complex as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
