CONDITION OF TENDER

Tender for: - Tender for Electric Accessories Purchase Rate contract for One Years

A Separate Demand Draft of Rs. 15,000/- drawn on Nationalized Bank in favor of “SHETH

V.S. GENERAL HOSPITAL, AHMEDABAD” shall be attached with the

tender offer as EMD or Exemption Certificate.

1. Successfully tendered shall have to deposit 5 % (25.000 Rp) of the Tender amount as security

deposit by demand draft or in the form of bank guarantee of Nationalized Bank and shall

have to sign a contract with SHETH V.S. GENERAL HOSPITAL as per rules within 15 days

after receipt of order.

2. Our standard payment term is after 30 working days after getting material in good condition

and satisfactory at our stores/site. No advance payment or Performa invoice payment or bank

through payment will be considered even if any discount is offered for the same. This

standard payment term is applicable only when the tendered fulfils above condition No.

and payment will be made on Quarterly basis on receipt of bill from the contractor for

previous quarter.

3. Not More than one tender shall be submitted by a contractor or by a firm of contractor, No

two or more concerns in which an individual is interested as a proprietor and/ or a partner & /

or director shall submit tender for the execution of the same work / tender. If they do so all

such tender shall be liable to be rejected.

4. Tendered must give validity of tender for minimum 180 days.

5. Medical Superintendent Reserves the rights to accept or to reject any tender in part or full

without assigning any reason whatsoever and same will not be communicated to the

7. The tendered is required to check the SHETH V.S. GENERAL HOSPITAL website for

addendum if any before 48 Hrs. of tender submission date and time. The tendered who

quotes the tender without attaching the addendum will be rejected.

8. The accepting authority or the Medical Superintendent reserves the right to terminate the

contract at any time during the Contract period if the work is not found satisfactory or after

giving 10 days prior notice of his intension to do so without assigning reasons thereof.

9. Period of contract shall be valid for 12 Month.

11. If in case of tendered can’t complete Eligibility of Bidders Criteria any single document, his

tender will be rejected.

12. The Tendered should visit the sites of Hospital & inspect condition of work before filling the

be binding to both parties in respect of any dispute arising due to tenure of this work.

Eligibility Criteria:-

1. The bidder should be Contractor with AMC / BMC / SMC / State or Central Government

Hospital / Semi. Govt / PSU / GWSSB / GWRTC / Irrigation / Other Corporation /

Boards / Railways. A copy of the work executed satisfactorily in any of the above

institution must be attached with the Tender. The SHETH V.S. GENERAL HOSPITAL

reserves the rights to waive minor deviations, if they do not materially affect the

capability of the bidder to perform the contract. Sub – Contactor’s experience and

resources shall not be taken into account in determining the bidder’s compliance with the

qualifying criteria.

2. The Bidder shall have successfully executed two works for slimier kind of work and

having amounted of Rs5.00 lacs for last three years.

should be furnished with attested notarized copies of evidence.
