Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under including cutting the patch in proper shape and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts including finishing even and smooth and curing complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge:- With cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand )
Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material with all lifts and upto 50 m lead etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge:- Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)
Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : Of area 3 sqm and below.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 fine sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) flooring finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, rounding of edges and strips etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. i) 40 mm thick with 20 mm stone aggregate
Providing and laying cement plaster skirting upto 300 mm height with cement mortar 1 : 3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand ) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including rounding of junctions etc. complete. 10.13.1) 18 mm thick
Providing and fixing M.S. round holding down bolts with nuts and wahser plates complete as per standard design.
Providing structural steel work in single section fixed with or without connecting plate including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as required.
Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. all complete. 8.46.1) Fixed to steel windows by welding
