Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under including cutting the patch in proper shape and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts including finishing even and smooth and curing complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge:- With cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand )

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material with all lifts and upto 50 m lead etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge:- Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : Of area 3 sqm and below.

Demolishing brick work including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials with all lifts and upto a lead of 50m etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge:- In cement mortar.

Dismantling GS sheet roofing including ridges, hips, valleys, gutters wind ties etc. including dismembering and stacking of serviceable materials and unserviceable materials separately with all lifts and upto a lead of 50 m etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge.

Dismantling wood work in frames, trusses, purlins and rafters up to 10 metres span and 5 metres height including stacking the material within 50 metres lead: Of sectional area 40 sq cm and below.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. -All kinds of soil

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. -All kinds of soil

Supplying and filling in plinth, under floor, foundations etc. with sand (fine) from local quarry with all lifts including spreading in horizontal layers, watering, grading to required slope, ramming, consolidating and compacting each layer by using plate compactor or by any suitable method complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering -All work upto plinth level:

1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

1:3:6 ( 1 Cement: 3 fine sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

First class brick work in foundation and plinth including cost of all materials as required complete:- In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand )

First class brick work in superstructure above plinth level & upto floor-five level including cost of all materials as required complete:- In cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

Half brick masonry work with first class bricks in superstructure upto floor five level including cost of all materials as required complete:- In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 fine sand : 6 graded well burnt brick aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement- -All work upto plinth level: 5.1.2) 1:1½:3 ( 1 Cement: 1½ fine sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and skirting courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement- 5.2.2.2) .1:1½:3 ( 1 Cement: 1½ fine sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto floor five level excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement- 5.3.2 1:1½:3 ( 1 Cement: 1½ fine sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

A) Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

B)Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Centering shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of form work for:

a) Foundations, footings, bases for columns etc. for mass concrete with timber plank

12 mm cement plaster of mix a) In cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand )

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: a) In cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand )

6 mm cement plaster of mix : a) In cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand )

Neat cement punning.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 fine sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) flooring finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, rounding of edges and strips etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. i) 40 mm thick with 20 mm stone aggregate

Providing and laying cement plaster skirting upto 300 mm height with cement mortar 1 : 3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand ) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including rounding of junctions etc. complete. 10.13.1) 18 mm thick

Providing and fixing M.S. round holding down bolts with nuts and wahser plates complete as per standard design.

Providing structural steel work in single section fixed with or without connecting plate including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as required.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. all complete. 8.46.1) Fixed to steel windows by welding

Providing and fixing in position 1mm thick M.S. sheet sliding-shutters with frame and diagonal braces of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junction and corners 25mm dia pulley, 40x40x6mm angle and T-iron guide sufficiently long at the top and bottom respectively, channels & with bolts, nuts, rivets, locking arrangement, stoppers, handles, hold fast including embedding in cement concrete of required grade for fixing in position, all necessary fittings, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete as required.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. 9.12.1) Hot finished welded type tubes

Providing and placing of G.I. pipe over the pump house on top portion of the R.C.C. column as per specification and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. i) 150 mm dia

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 11.1.2) 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacturer on wall surface complete. Water thinnable cement primer

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture on new work ( two or more coats applied @ 1.67 litre/10 sqm ) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm complete. [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer]

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by theManufacturer] Two Coats

Painting with synthetic enamel paint ( two or more coats ) of required colour of approved brand and manufacture on new work to give an even shade. [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer]

12 mm thick plain cement mortar bands in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ) in single layer : 12.16.3) Raised Band

Clearing and washing of CI/ DI/PVC pipes earth cutting at intervel not less than 50m with the help of 30/40 mm dia PVC coil pipe having suitable brush at front end and making good the pipe with required specials including earth cutting and refilling complete as per derection of the Engineer in charge.(Coller, coupler, solvent cement Pig lead if requird shall be supplyied by the department)

Charges for repairing of leakage in UPVC / HDPE pipe line with PVC coupler & solvent cement etc. including necessary earth excavation, backfilling of soil as required after laying of pipeline, in layers not exceeding 200 mm in depth including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc. complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
