Taking up or down 150mm bore GI tubing, and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed. Note : Working site for pipe line appx 2 to 3 KM away from road to hill top

Laying & refixing of old serviceable 150mm bore GI tubing, medium grade with and including new fitting and fixture like socket, nipple etc laid in trenches or laid in floors and adjusting of line all as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Working site for pipe line appx 2-3 KM away from road to hill top.

Supply, fixing & laying 150mm bore GI tubing, medium grade with and including new fittings and fixture like socket, nipple, etc complete laid in trenches or laid in floor complete all as specified and directed. Note :1. Working site for pipe line appx 2-3 KM away from road to hill top. 2. Earthwork shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing GI flange ISI marked with rubber washer, nuts & bolts, washer suitable for 150mm bore of GI pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI bend of any angle, exceeding 1.5 mtr length, but not exceeding 2 mtr length, suitable for the 150mm bore of GI pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches in hard / dense soil, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc. or for laying of pipes, etc. n exc 10sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated soil not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for bracing supports, clamps and black sheet plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts , bolts washers , welding , bending cold or hot , drilling holes for bolts , in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one coat of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer and a final coat with synthetic enamel grey paint over the coat of black bituminous paint all as requirment at site complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cutting of existing GI pipe of 150 mm dia and welding of fitting / pip etc bring shape and joint with existing line with and including jointing materials i.e. flanges , nuts, bolts, washers , packing sheet etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 including taking down complete all as specified and directed

S & F cast iron sluice valve 150mm bore, flanged ends, stem (spindle) of SS (forged) and check nut of gun Metal, PN rating 1.6, working parts conforming to IS :14846, and flanged ends having drilling as per IS:1538 including taking down old unserviceable sluice valve complete all as specified and directed.

M & L boulder filling dry, handpacked tightly, as in wire crate appron bounds complete all as specified and directed. Note: Wire crate shall be measured and paid separately.

S & F 4mm dia galvanised steel wire, 150x100mm mesh made up into mattresses or grace, lapped, wired and laid in position including closing after after filling complete all as specified and directed

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in pole foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregates in coping / benching / support of pipe the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on stone masonary surfaces externally finished even and fair without using extra cement in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
