Note 1: (Applicable for all parts/items) : The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document, all drawings & all corrigendum/amendments and general condition of contracts before entry/quoting the rates. Note 2:- Attention to bidder is hereby invited to upload revised BOQ if published during their bid submission. Uploading of incorrect/ pre-revised BOQ shall be treated as non bonafide and rejected. Fixed credit has been given in technical documents which shall be taken into account during acceptance of bid/tender.

Decanting of used lub oil from chamber/sump of the DG set of capacity 30 to 40 KVA and cleaning of chamber thoroughly to remove all types of deposites and supply & filling of new lub oil SAE 20 W/40 W at required level including replacement of all types of filters such as fuel filter, screen filter, oil filter etc. all as specified and directed.

(i) Spares and engine oil shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

(ii) Periodicity/location of the DG set shall be intimated by Engr-in-Charge as and when required.

(iii) Work shall be carried out at scattered locations at different sector.

All as item No-1 hereinbefore but DG set of capacity 50 to 62.5 KVA.

M&L for repairing and calibration of injectors complete including renewal of worn out parts such as Plunzer, 'O' ring and testing it on plunzer testing machine and refixing it on its original position for capacity 40 to 62.5 KVA all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out unsv Turbo Charger from DG set and repair/overhauling/setting of Turbo Charger including replacement of charger kit for DG set of capacity 40 to 62.5 KVA and refixing the same with DG set and testing of DG set for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding of alternator with existing class copper super enamelled wire of existing gauge including servicing and overhauling, varnishing,drying and fixing insulating sleevs etc including transportation from site to workshop and back from workshop to site and refixing the same to its original position and testing at site on full load all as specified for DG set 40 to 62.5 KVA and as directed.

M&L for rewinding of commutator/armature including servicing and overhauling, varnishing in field coil etc including transportation from site to workshop and back from workshop to site and refixing the same to its original position and testing at site all as specified for DG set 40 to 50 KVA and as directed.

M&L for strip opening and rewinding of dynamo assy with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge and insulation including insulating material and replacement of unsv parts such as carbon bush set,bush holder etc and refixing the same to its original position and testing on full load including taking out/dismantling of Dynamo assy from the DG set transporting it to workshop and back to site.

Note:- Cost of any other essential spares required for repair shall be deemed included in unit rate quoted and no extra cost shall be paid for the same.

M&L for taking out/dismantling of water pump after disconnecting of radiator assy for complete repair and servicing of water pump replacement of kit,bearing etc for 40 to 62.5 KVA DG set including transportation from site to workshop and workshop to site and refixing the same to its original position including testing on completion.

Dismantling / taking down the governor assembly including all connected parts from DG set 30 KVA to 62.5 KVA and over hauling, calibration of fuel supply system,governor etc complete including renewal of wornout parts such as copper gasket, injector nozzle to maintain the desired fuel supply and provide fluctuation free output complete all as specified and directed.

Draining out old used water with coolent from the radiator of Gen Set of capacity 30 KVA to 62.5 KVA capacity after disconnecting the water pipe, de-scaling, cleaning properly with high pressure wash to remove greasy substances from water tubes, tank and outer fins and re-fixing the same after servicing complete and renewal of coolant solution complete all as directed by EIC.(Coolant shall be measured separately under appropriate items).

Supply, fixing, connecting, testing maintenance free battery, 12 volts, 180 Ah with lead acid terminals including initial charging of battery complete all as specified. (Make EXIDE / AMRON) including disconnection existing unserviceable battery.

Supply, fixing, connecting, testing maintenance free battery, 12 volts, 150 Ah with lead acid terminals including initial charging of battery complete all as specified. (Make EXIDE / AMRON) including disconnection existing unserviceable battery.

M&L for preparation of surface by scrapping existing painted surface and spray painting of canopy, alternator/diesel engine body, radiator base frame etc and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour and one coat of heat resistant paint of approved quality to engine and exhaust pipe including writing SM/MES No of DG set capacity 30 to 62.5 KVA all as directed

M&L earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, buried directly in to ground (earth pit) not less than 2.25 meters deep below GL with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.50 m below ground level, connected to GI strip of size 24x3mm. M&L for rewinding of excitor coil with existing size of super enamelled copper wire including necessary insulating material such as ampere tube tape,resin tape,applying F class varnishing and heating,drying up for better insulating resistance and testing after completion including commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L renewal of burnt battery lead heavy duty with & including 2.0 metre long copper conductor wire suitable for 30 KVA to 62.5 KVA DG set consisiting with suitable size of lugs and heavy duty terminal complete all as specified and directed.

Note;- (i) Rectification of leakage shall be attended and rectified by the contractor on the same day of reporting by the Engr-in-charge. Non rectification of leakage of pipe line shall be viewed as serious lapse on contractor's part and penal charges as Rs 100/- per complaint (ii) Supply only Lead wool/pig lead shall be measured and paid seperately. (iii) In case excavation beyound 1 mtr from both side of the joint is required the same shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

S & F factory made pressed steel plates of size 1.22m x 1.22m x 6 mm thick fixing with suitable size nuts and washer including all jointing material such as lead wool, gasket, non toxic black putty washer etc complete at the height of 50 feet all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of complete tank (External surfaces) of capacity 9600 Gallon of size 4.22x3.88x2.44 mtr including staging,ladder,raising & delivery mains with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (one under coat, one finishing coat) after preparation of old painted surface by scraping old paint, rust and any other unwanted foreign material with wire brush, complete at the height of 60 feet approx all as specified and directed

Material and labour for applying two coats of anti corrosive bituminous paint lead free suitable for potable water to internal surfaces of PS tank of capacity 9600 gallon after preparation of old painted surfaces by scraping old paints, rust and any other unwanted foreign materials and cleaning the dust with water etc complete at the height of 50 feet all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction for MS float box made out of MS Sheet of 1.6mm thick and of size 30 x 30 x 25cm complete painting with black bituminous paint including supply and fixing of nylon rope of suitable size at the height of approx 50 feet testing complete all as directed.

M&L for construction for water level indicator of existing size made out of MS Sheet of 1.6mm thick complete including painting with super enamelled paint of white colour duly marked the water levels in red colour showing the levels of water inside the overhead tank including aero of existing size painted with red colour and fixed at the height of approx 50 feet testing complete all as directed.

Note : Rates for PVC wire wooven (re-inforced) heavy duty flexible pipe from chemical dozing pump to venturi , along with ferrul and non return valve,repair to pump and motor etc is deemed to be inclcuded in the quoted rates.

Strip opening of induction motor of capacity 15 HP and taking out burnt out windings,cleaning of motor rotor and stator with cleaning material. Rewinding of motor with super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge including replacement of unserviceable parts including transportation. Assembling of motor and testing complete to the satisfaction of Engineer-in -Charge.

M&L for taking out of defective submersible pump set of any discharge capacity from borewell including dismantling/taking out column pipe of any size/length alongwith submersible cable,nuts,bolts etc and lowering down the pump set alongwith coloumn pipe after carrying out necessary repairs/replacement of defective parts including replacement of old gaskets and testing on completion all as specified and directed.

Strip opening of submersible motor and taking out burnt windings,cleaning of motor rotor and stator with cleaning material,carrying out necessary machining work such as grinding, metaling and polishing and rewinding of motor with stove enamelled copper wire of existing gauge,replacement of unserviceable parts as required. Assembling of motor and testing complete upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in -Charge for the followings:-

Material and labour for construction of brick masonary valve pit of size 90 cmx 90cm x 90cm (internal dimensions) with one brick thick wall in cement mortar (1:4) on 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as infoundation , 15mm thich rendering in cement mortar (1:4) internally and externally upto 15 cm below ground level including provision of valve pit cover made out of 3mm thick MS sheet welded with 40 x 5mm thick flat iron all round , on ISA 40 x 40 x 6mm frame, fixed with hold fast 150mm long, embeded in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (Block size 230 x 300x100mm) with necessary hinges, handles, locking arrangement including applying two coats of white wash on plastered surfaces and two coats of bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces and necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting all electrical connectios of incoming/outgoing cables,dismantling/taking out old/deteriorated feeder pilar box and supply, installing, testing and commissioning factory made and tested LT feeder pillar box of size 0.75x0.75x0.25 mtr,cubical, out door type, plate form mounted, suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ AC supply system having bus bar chamber with insulated Aluminium bus bars of rating 200 amps rating installed on porcelain insulator. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof. IP-65 class protection and made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet and 40x40x6mm thick MS angle iron frame work, powder coated finish painted with two coats of super enameeled paint over one coat of red oxide primer from both inside/outside, front and rear both side opening type, with apron for cable entry having suitable locking arrangement including internal wiring with PVC insulated copper conductor FRLS cable, IS-694 marked, 1100 volts grade of appropriate size ( but not less than 4.0 sqmm) and comprising of the following:-

(i) MCCB 200A, 4 pole, AC, 415 Volt, 50 Hz,36 KA thermal adjustible between 70-100%. -01 No

(ii) MCCB 100A, 4 pole, AC, 415 Volt, 50 Hz,16 KA thermal adjustible between 70-100%. -02 No

(iii) Ammeter 0-250 Amp digital type with CTs ratio 200/5-01No

(iv) Volt meter 0-500 V digital type-01 No

(v) Indicating lamp for R-Y-B phase neon type- 01 set of three

(vi) Platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded crushed stone, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B', old size bricks, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed sotne aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45 cm above the nearest road level.

Note :- (i) All out going feeder shall be connected by cable through suitable size gland plate / glands.

(ii) The various feeders shall be indicated by 50 mm size letters in synthetic enamel white paint.
