Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour rendering 15 mm thick on any faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L rendering 05 mm thick on any faces of brick work or concrete ceiling surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour rendering 15 mm thick on any faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on any faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and fair without using extra cement but using water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. M&L rough cast plaster 15 mm thick in cement motar 1 :4 complete as specified in SSR Part-I, clause 14.22 shall consisting of following:- firstly apply under coat in cement mortar 1:4 not less than 10 mm thick and while still it is in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel agg. which is generally of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on texture required mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of newly plastered/ unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with painting roller over a coat of alkali resistant primer over and inlcuding 2mm to 3mm thick wall care putty white cement based in two or more coats to achive smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of new plastered/ unplastered surfaces of brick/concrete ceiling and applying three coats of white lime wash complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M &L preparation of old decoraded plastered/unplastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L complete removal of existing treatment on walls (any number of layers) by scrapping with steel scrappers or any other means, wasing down with water to remove loose particles etc and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L preparation of old decorated brick/concrete, plastered / unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of oil bound distemper with painting roller on the wall, pillars, cornices etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of old decorated steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of old decorated wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting of tree from wall or roof of building n.exc 10 cm girth, taking out tree trunk portion including roots completely from wall/roof, digging out roof/wall and making good disturbed surface with brick work in cement mortar 1:4 or filling PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm stone aggegate to match the surface as per eixsting complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing factory made 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters,open rebated and prepared to receive glass , gauze etc. (without sash bars) ,edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded , fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section-8, clause 8.24 (a) (wood shall be kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube and fixed in opening complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F factory made solid PVC moulded door shutters with partical board core 28 to 30 mm thick (styles) with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2 mm thick moulded PVC sheet on the front face and 2mm thick plain colour PVC sheet on back face fixing in frame at site as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing as in repair double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, govering pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 100 mm size mild steel mortice lock, vertical type, 2 levers with duplicate key complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F powder coated aluminium section (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for doors,windows & ventilators frame and shutters including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (a). Glazing shall be measured and paid separately; (b). Weight of aluminium sections shall be as per IS or actual weight which ever less shall be measured. (c). The rates quoted shall be inclusive of neoprene beading, glazing clips, jointing clips, screws, etc as required and the same shall not be measured for arriving the weight; (d). The rates shall be inclusive of locking arrangement including complete packing with silicon gel alround contacting surface of aluminium framework and including matching the existing surface area complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 12 mm thick prelaminated particale board,interior grade, prelaminated both side with decorative choice lamination and fixed to aluminium door with glazing clips, rubber gasket etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 4.8 mm thick tinted glass to aluminium door with glazing clips, rubber gasket etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for repairing of all type aluminium window/door shutter with frame and refixing it after resecuring its frame work by means of tightening with new screw or by new frame ,cleats, rubber gasket and refixing in the same opening complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- New frame shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for rolled mild steel framed work as in chowkats of door or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails braces etc. complete. drilled for fixing for steel sheeting or other covering doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges and hanging ,door fitting (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe-410-W (Grade E-250) quality 'A' complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in holdfasts complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F double shutter steel window box type ERW hollow P section comprising of glazed/gauged skeleton shutter fabricated from following sections :- (a) ERW hollow P section frame/chowkats of size 60 mm x25 mm made from 1.25 mm thick MS sheet (02 Nos i.e. 01 for glazed shutter and 01 for gauzed shutter ). Both P section shall be welded with flat iron 25x03 mm thick all around of frame on both inner and outer faces . (xi) Fabrication and fixing arrangements as per specification including cutting holes and making good dismantled portion in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 /cement plaster 1:4 as require and make finish good to the existing surface complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) For the purpose of measurement and payment double shutter both glazed and gauzed with frames shall be considered as one unit. (ii) Unit rate quoted against this item shall also include the iron mongery, grill and other accessoriries as mentioned above. (iii) The window upto 1.00 metre width shall consists of two leaves both for gauzed shutter and glazed shutter and all the shutters are openable. The window more than 1.00 metre width shall have two openable leaves on both outer side for gauzed shutter and glazed shutter and middle leaf/shutter shall be fixed type.

Supply and fixing galvanised mild steel wire cloths 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperature 1.18 mm and fixed with tinned tack or galvanised wire staple complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down rolling shutter gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle incl taking down accessories like shaft, top cover, guide channel and straightening/ rectify warped/buckled parts, replacing unserviceable components/parts with new with and including cleaning/overhauling, greasing/oiling, make functional rolling shutter in all respect and refixing the same in same opening to walls/RCC members all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (All new components/accessories will be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant item of schedule)

Supply only suspension shaft of dia 50 mm mild steel pipe incl springs ( for exc 3 Mtr but not exc 6 Mtr wide shutter) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Supply only mild steel guide channel of width 75 mm deep & 25 mm wide and made from 3.15mm thick PBI sheet all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L providing cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L providing 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays (not exc 2 Sqm each ) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of the plinth protection filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight including form work complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B2 as in hardstanding/floor (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), finished even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Finishing surface of concrete by brooming with brooms whilst concrete is green complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in (other then ground floor) roofs , beams staircase , landing , chajja and similar suspended works reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M & L providing PCC precast 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in landings, precast cover slabs (for manholes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including chamfers, weathering, throating etc and setting CM 1:4 complete with joints to match, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L TMT mild steel bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape reqd incl cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in existing sunken floor etc and removal of the same to a distance exceeding 250 mtr and not exceeding 500 mtr, depostied where directed complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L providing sunken floor water proofing treatment comprising of the following :- (a) Scrapping the surface with wire brush and cleaning with water and allow to dry. (b) Applying cement slurry @ 1.2 kg/sqm duly mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions. (c) 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instruction ( the corners will be made round in concave shape) and finished even and fair without using extra cement. (d) Applying cement slurry @ 1.2 kg/sqm duly mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction. (e) Applying one coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 confirming to IS-702 @1.20kg/sqm (f) Providing and laying 3mm thick APP (atactic polypropylene polymer) modified prefabricated five layer weight not less than 3.60 kg /Sqm water proofing membrane black finish reinforced with non woven polyster matt using butane gas torch and ceiling all joints. (g) Applying one coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 confirming to IS-702 @1.20kg/sqm.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, manholes etc. not exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levlling ,watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing water tanks of capacity exc. 500 ltr and not exc. 1000 ltrs setting aside(or lowering if required) for repair, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position. (cleaning repairing, etc. measured separatly) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing old tar felt, all loose dirt, cement plaster, cleaning the concrete surface including removal & cleaning of vegetation, fungus,moss small trees etc from the roof top with wire brush, removing the strips of lightening conductor including refixing the same after repair work and applying neat cement slurry @ 1.5Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L rendering 15 mm thick on existing concrete surface of roof in cement mortar 1:4 including mixing water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction and finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (WPC shall be measured and paid for separately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for providing and laying 3mm thick APP (atactic polypropylene polymer) modified prefabricated five layer weight not less than 3.60 kg /Sqm water proofing membrane black finish reinforced with non woven polyster matt and consisting of a coat bitumious primer @ 0.40 ltr /Sqm by the same membrane manufactures of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/ltr at 25 degree centegrate temprature and viscosity 70-160 cps over the primer coat with overlap of 100mm at the side and 150mm at the end, the layer membrane shall be laid using butane gas torch and sealing all joints etc after preparing the surface complete as per standred practice as per manufacture's instructions . The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be under ;- (i) Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23 degree centegrate at 650/ 450 N /5 cms (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 300/250N/5 cms. Softing point of membrane not less then 150 degree centegrate when tested in accordance with ASTM (d-5147) (iii) The laying of membrane shall be got down through the authorised applicator of manufactures of membrane only complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L applying a coat of solar reflective aluminium paint @ 0.11 kg per sqm on APP membrane surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L sheet glass 3.0mm thick ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exc 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 77,770.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit Page No. 41 (R ) to 42 (R) of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
