S & F in repair for Air termination, single pointed copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long with DNB insulators complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair for Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long with DNB insulators complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with Gl electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.00mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.50 mtr below normal ground level connected to Gl earth strip 32 mm X 6mm(up to 7.5 mtr length on earth plate) as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel including excavation and earth work and disposal of surplus soil including provision of 40 mm dia light grade pipe up to 7.5 mtr length and necessary fitting for protection of Gl strip including laying of charcoal, dust and common salt ,PCC (1:3:6) type C-l( using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) earth pit with 40x40x6mm mild steel angle iron frame & 50mm thick pre cast RCC cover (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 75mm C/C both way with mild steel handle 12 mm dia round bars ,10mm thick plastering with cement mortar (1:4) internally and upto 150 mm below ground level externally, PGI funnel with wire mesh 20mm dia Gl pipe for watering complete all as shown on electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part -1 2009 and connected in earth testing point including testing cincluding taking down old/ unserveciable existing earthing & making good disturbed surface of wall ,floors etc.complete all as directed. Notes: -(i) Earth lead & protection pipes length upto & including 7.50 metre. (ii) Earth filling shall be done by vegetable soil. (iii) Soil should be free from stone, boulders, aggregate, gravels etc. (iv)The rate is inclusive of necessary earth work, returning, filling in and removal etc

M&L for pipe in pipe chemical earthing with GI pipe electrode 3.0 m long having outer pipe dia 80 mm & inner pipe dia 50 mm duly filled with highly conductive and anti corrosive compound of required quantity having chemical composition Bentonite 40%, copper sulphate 20%, Gypsom 5%, Graphite 10%, Alum 5%, Zinc sulphate 10%, Aluminium sulphate 10% burried in ground by digging a bore of 150 mm dia surrounded by soil friendly backfill compound non soluble in water including connection with Gl earth strip 32 mm X 6mm(up to 7.5 mtr length on earth plate) as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel, making PCC pit of size 0.3 m x 0.3 m x 0.3 m (inner size) in mix PCC (1:3:6) type C-l( using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with 50mm thick pre cast RCC cover (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 75mm C/C both way with mild steel handle 12 mm dia round bars ,10mm thick plastering with cement mortar (1:4) internally and upto 150 mm below ground level externally, and testing on completion to achieve value not more than 2.0 ohm complete. (Note - GI strip size 32x6 mm upto 7.5 m included in the item).

Material and labour for chemical earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 900mm x 600mm x 5mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 4m below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 2.25m below ground level connected to and including copper strip of size 32x6 mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer etc, made of copper and connected to test point and earth dolly all as shown in electrical plate No. 03 SSR Part-I 2020 and specified or indicated including providing charcoal dust 1000 Kgs, common salt 500 Kg, magnesium Sulphate 150 Kgs and all around the plate 15 CM depth RCC 50 mm thick in cement and wide and upto 650 mm height in continuous layers, balance pit will be filled with vegetable soil upto ground level including excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, PCC pit of size 0.3 m x 0.3 m x 0.3 m (inner size) in mix PCC (1:3:6) type C-l( using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), 50mm thick pre cast RCC cover (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 75mm C/C both way with mild steel handle 12 mm dia round bars ,10mm thick plastering with cement mortar (1:4) internally and upto 150 mm below ground level externally,, 80mm bore light grade GI watering pipe, lugs, 80mm bore light grade GI protection pipe upto 7.5 metre etc. complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- The rate of above Item includes the cost of earth lead and GI protection pipe up to 7.5 Metres. Copper strip beyond 7.5 Metre shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for spreading 40 mm graded stone aggregate deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick through out the sub station open areascomplete all as specified and directed.

S& F in repair for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32 mm X 6 mm galvanised iron strip including necessary clamps ,nuts,bolts ,DNB insulators& hylem sheet block complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in all of kind of soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables /pipes,foundations ,laying of cable, shafts, well, cesspits, manholes etc.& not exceeding 10 M² on plan complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of not exceeding 25 cm thick after the cables & pipes etc. are laid, jointed & tested and foundations complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repair 15 mm dia Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.
