Supply Installation Testing Commissioning of "Silent Type" Radiator Cooled, Diesel Generating Set (as per AAI approved make) along with having Prime mover power rating of 320 KVA at 0.8 lagging power factor, 415 volts, 1500 RPM, 3 phase system, as per ISO 8528 and consisting of the following: (a) Diesel Engine: 4 stroke, electronic governor, power command control module, radiator cooled, electric start, of suitable BHP at 1500 RPM suitable for above output of alternator at 40 Degree C, 50% RH & at 1000 Meter MSL and conforming to BS 5514, BS 649, IS 10000, capable of taking 10% over loading for one hour after 12 hours of continuous operation. The engine will be fitted complete with all the required accessories. (b) Alternator: Synchronous alternator rated for 320 KVA, 415 volts at 1500 RPM, 3 phase 50 Hz, AC supply with 0.8 lagging power factor at 40 Degree C, 50% RH & at 1000 Meter MSL. The alternator shall be having SPDP enclosure, brushless, continuous duty, self-excited and self-regulated through AVR, , terminal arrangement i/c 1000A alumunium bus-duct box with other associated equipment conforming to IS:4722 / BS 2613 suitable for tropical conditions and with class F / H insulation. (c) Base Frame & Foundation: Both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made of MS channel with necessary reinforcement which shall be installed on existing concrete foundation and vibration isolation arrangement as per recommendations of manufacturer. (d) Fuel Tank: Day service fuel tank of 520 (or as per OEM standard) litres capacity fabricated out of 3 mm thick M.S. sheet complete with all standard accessories and fuel piping between fuel tank and diesel engine with MS class 'C' pipes of suitable dia. Complete with valves, level indications & accessories as required as per specifications. (e) Exhaust System: Dry Exhaust manifold with residential exhaust silencer and catalytic convertor. (f) Starting System: 24V/180AH X 2 DC starting system comprising of starter motors: voltage regulator and arrangement for initial excitation complete with suitable nos. of batteries with MS battery stand etc. as required as per specifications. (g) The work should be as per Central Electrical Authority / Pollution control board standards (upto its latest ammendment). (h) Complete RCC foundation work as per OEM specfied standard. DG set complete as described above and as per tender specifications.

Supplying and fixing of exhaust gas piping of suitable dia. for 320 KVA D.G. Set welded black MS, B (medium) Class pipe conforming to IS:1239 / MS pipe having wall thickness 6.35 mm conforming to IS: 3589 cut to required lengths and installed with necessary bends, supports and clamps, anti-vibration mountings, insulation of exhaust system with 50 mm thick mineral wool / Rockwool having density not less than 120 Kg / Cucm, wiremesh & cladding with 0.6 mm thick aluminum sheet etc. as required as per specifications.

STRUCTURE FOR EXHAUST PIPING: Providing & fixing for MS support structure including civil foundation for exhaust fume pipes of DG Sets (Exhaust pipe to be measured and paid for separately) along horizontal and vertical runs and monkey ladder upto the height (as per CPCB norms) including cutting, welding etc and applying two coats of red oxide and two coats of synthetic enameled paint of colour and shade as directed by AAI. The design of the support structure shall be done by the contractor and shall be as per CPCB norms(upto its latest ammendment). Design and drawings shall be got vetted from IIT / REC/Govt. Engg. College before execution as per specifications as required.

Design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of microprocessor-based AMF panel with provision of bottom entry incomer for Main Supply and bottom exit outgoing of AMF Panel (TTA) for 320 KVA D.G. Set with bye-pass arrangement (for Main and D.G. supply). AMF panel board shall be equipped with automatic load transfer scheme comprising of three numbers of microprocessor-based EDO ACBs (03 Nos. 800 Amp. 4 pole, 50 KA, Icu=Ics=Icw for 1s), with provision of electrical interlock for changeover of supply (DG & Mains), TPN busbar of 1500 Amp. of aluminium alloy with heat shrinkable sleeves with 100% Neutral rating, AMF logic relay, auxiliary relays, timer, suitable rating CT/PT other accessories etc to fully accomplish the functions described below. All relays shall be numeric type in dust tight enclosures. Auxiliary relays and timers shall be plug in type with dust tight enclosures. Incomer EDO ACBs shall be effectively interlocked so that one is tripped before the other can be closed. All EDO ACBs shall be microprocessor based and having short circuit, over current and earth fault protection for the AMF panel. All other relays and components shall be of AAI approved makes capable of reliable operation with a high degree of precision. It shall also have a feature for By-Bass Mode with 2 Nos Manual changeover switch of suitable rating (Minimum rating shall be full load current capacity of 320 KVA DG Set) to divert load from incomer to Load end without any involvement of AMF Panel including control cabling and interfacing with the DG with following features: (a) Output shall be available within 10 seconds in auto mode in first attempt. (b) There shall be three attempts and then lock out. (c) Parameters measurement digitally for mains, DG and Load side: Current, Voltage, Frequency, Hour, Power, Energy. (d) Power monitoring for both DG and mains. (e) Auto / manual / test mode run. (f) LED indication for R Y B for mains / DG / Load and Load on DG or Mains. (g) Audio visual indication for: Fail to start, LLOP, HWT, OS, HLOT, EF, OC, SC. (h) Protection: EF, OC, SC, RP.

Supply of 3.5 core x 300 sqmm XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed aluminium conductor armoured Power Cable of 1.1KV grade, confirming to IS 7098, Part-I 1988 with up to date amendments and confirming to technical specifications.(The outer sheath shall be FRLS.)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm in the existing masonry open duct as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm (clamped with 40x3mm MS flat clamp) on wall surface as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3.5 core x 300 sqmm of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Dismantling of 2 Nos 320 KVA existing DG Set by breaking the existing RCC foundation of size 13.2 mtr X 2.6 mtr X 0.47 mtr, excavating additional excess soil/foundation as directed by E-I-C and removing the existing canopy structure and stacking all the dismantled item and malwa to within a distance of 100 mtr from the location of dismantling as instructed by the E-I-C.
