Revamping of Existing Dumped Garbage in Compost Yard at Punjai Thottakurichi Town Panchayat,by Bio Mining process.

(a)Excavation the Existing Mixed compacted Garbage which underwent biological degradation in the land portion allocated/earmarked by Punjai Thottakurichi Town Panchayat authority and spraying with microbial innoculam for sanitizing and stabilizing the excavated mass seiving them using Mechanical Seiving machine or any other equipmnet at the cost of the Bidder

(b) Stabilization of the open land fill site

(c) Control of mal Odour using Deodourising agent and stabilising the waste using Bio Culture for aerobic composting using industrial sprayer

(d)Eco friendly and non Polluting process in order to reduce the impact of dumping site in the adjacent areas.

(e) Excavating the soil which lost its stability due to garbage dumping with necessary dewatering works in the portion of the land earmarked.

(f) Segregate the excavated garbage in the land portion earmarked, into as many kinds and categories as possible at the cost of the Bidder including cost of any power or fuel Consumption.

(g) Selling, Diverting for Recycling, Marketing and Recycling the excavated materials within SEVEN DAYS of segregation, without any accumulation in the storage facility at the project site.

(h) Creation and Maintenance of infrastructure, Facilities and amenities for seiving, the excavated garbage, storing the segregated materials before selling taking out them from the project site.

(i) Deployment of necessary manpower, Materials, equipment's tools and construction of plants and sheds and creation of facilities for handling, separating, segregating, storing and weighing facilities for the operation of the plant and using only covered body vehicles for the transportation of materials.

(j) Create all facilities and make arrangements for controlling the emission, pollution and contamination of Environment including atmosphere, air, water and earth including control of dust and noise pollution.
