SPL REPAIRS TO ROADS AT CERTAIN LOCATION OF SOLMARA ARMY CANTT UNDER GE(N) TEZPUR

Surface Excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exc. 500 m but n exc. 1.0 km and depositing where directed.

M&L for repair to pot holes of any depth not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each incl sweeping free from dust & mud of water scoring sunken surface in road etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth making good by applying tack coat of catoinic emulsion RS I grade @ 2.5kg per 10 sqm and putting in premixed bituminous macadam ,well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings,6.3 mm size and again well rammed(including supply of premixd macadam, binder and chippings complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting using Power roller 8 to 12 tonne power Road Roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Soling (Sub base) 200mm thick (Spead thickness) in two layers each layer of 100 mm thick compacted separately with broken boulder or quarried stone, interstics filled, surface formed rolled and consolidated to required Gradient and Camber with 8 to 10 Tonne Power Roller, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Water Bound macadam (WBM) of 150mm thick (compacted thickness) in two layers each of 75 mm thick compacted separately with coarse aggragate of grading as specified in SSR Part - I clause no 20.B.2.5.4 and spead, roller and consolidated to gradient and camber required and as specified in sub para 20.B.5 of MES Schedule part I, complete all as specified.

M&L for Preparation unsurfaced WBM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the clean surfaces with gunny bags to removing all loose dirt, etc. complete all as pecified and as directed.

M & L for applying evenly a Priming /Tack Coat with Bituminous Primer @ 10 Kg per 10 Square Metre on roads surfaces using Paving Bitumen, Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for permix bituminous, macadam 50mm thick laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 4% by weight of total mix binder content of paving bituman any penetration)

M&L for preparation of old/new black bituminous top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms & finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc & apply a tack coat with paving bitumen of VG-10 @ 5 kg per 10 square meter complete in all respect as specified & directed

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 , including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening whereever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2.5mm thick Thermoplastic road marking material/ Hot making paint (min. qty of material @ 2.02 gm per Cucm) of specified shade/colour using hot process by fully automatic thermplastic materials applicator machine filled with profile shoe, glass beads (minimum qty of mglass beads @ 30% of main material's by weight) to be embedding and anchoring at a depth of 50-60% and should be pressure type system, having tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface incl cost of all materials, labour, T&P, transportation, cleaning the road surface of all dirts, seals, oil grease, grass and foreign materials etc., complete in all respect as specified & directed. Road marking material should comply with BS 3262:Part 1:1989,AASHTO M-249,MORTH (Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, India) Clause 803.4.2 1, JIS K 5655 of Make: IRA road marks, Asian paints (Apcomark), Automark Technologies (India) Pvt. Ltd., Metalite (Hibrite) (Note:- The work shall be executed by manufactures authorised applicator only)

S & F cat eye sloar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100X100mmX20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instruction all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed

M & L for Broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete in all respect as specified and directed

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm crushed graded stone aggregate) as in foundaion and mass filling complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work sub class B, class designation 75 old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregate in coping, hold fasts or of similar items including necessary cutting, form work etc.complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S & F factory made coloured rubber moulded, glazed pre coated chequered cement concrete tiles of any shape and size 20-25mm thick with grey cement with pigment,; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with pigment in floors laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S & F factory made Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement with pigment laid over fine river bed sand complete in all respect as specified and directed.(Note:- River bed sand shall be measured and paid separately). Sample as approved by GE.

M&L for river bed fine sand filling under floor or below paver blocks incl. watering and consolidation complete in all respect as specified and directed.

NOTES: 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. The rates for RCC/PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork, shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the item. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
