Providing testing and installation pf POT /POT-CUM-PTFE bearings (free /guided/fixed/pin bearings) of specifed capcity (vertical load upto 170t and horizontal load upto 45T)

Providing weep holes in abutment walls, return walls etc. with 100mm dia AC/PVC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards draining face as per the Drawings, Specifications enclosed with the tender document and MoRT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works. Item to include all labour, materials, tools, equipment, safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work to Specifications.

Providing and laying of filter Media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in Clause 2504.2.2 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge works to a thickness of not less than 600mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutments, return walls etc, to the full height compacted to afrm condition complete as per the Drawings and Specifications.

SUPER STRUCTURE

Supply and fabrication of steel truss ( Structure ) bridge as per detailed drawing. Supply of all structural steel confirming to I.S. 226 - 1969 required for proper completion of bridge including ground erection of the bridge and including one coat of approved quality anty corrosive red oxide paint confirming I.S. 5660 as per specification and drawong including all T&Petc. nuts & bolts, washers, railing of MS flat and also including supply and fixing of shop rivets refered as per drawing. The rates shall include ground errection in thr workshop and its dismantle after inspection, approval and removing of deffects, match marking of all parts numberings and proper stacking in the premises of workshop before cartage to site of work. The work shall be execuited in accordance with I.S. 1915 - 1961 and its latest revision shall be applicable. The rate shall including cost of all materials, its wastage and cutting, bending if required, welding, making holes, shop rivetting, labour, T&Petc. and also including proper stacking after dismantling of ground erection. All required equipments should be arranged by the contractor as his own cost, which shall be taken back by the contractor after satisfactory execution of the job. Also including supply materials. T&P etc. required for proper copletion of the work as per direction of Engineer - In - Charge.

Erection of Steel Truss Structere Bridge as per drawing with required camber including cartage of fabricated parts from the place of stack near site including submission of launching plan by the contractor, (duly weighted by a recognised reputable institution/consultant ) and approved by the engineer-in-charge. Service bolts to used shall be of GKW make or any other as approved by engineer-in-charge, including cost of all labor, T&P, equipments and consumables required for proper completion of the work as per MoRT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works no. 1905 and as per directions of the engineer-in-charge.

PROTECTION WORKS

Providing and laying of apron with cement concrete blocks of size 0.5x0.5x0.5 m cast in-situ and made with nominal mix M-15 grade cement with the minimum cement content of 250kg/cum as per IRC: 112. Average size is taken as 10mx 5x1m.

Five Year Maintenance Work

Protection of scuring of Abutment and wing wall with cement plum masonry with 40% plum & 60% 1:3:7 cement concrete including supply of all materials,labour,T&P royality etc required for proper comlpetion of the work as per direction of Engineer in charge. (As per PWD Uttarakhand specifications)
