Manning & Operation of substation with 1No. DG set 125kVA (make Kirloskar) at SITC building, 1No. DG set 160kVA (make Kirloskar) at Hangar No. 2 S/S by providing 01 (one) skilled FGM, in 01 (one) shift of 8hours on all days including Sundays and holidays complete all as specified, detailed hereinafter and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge .

Manning & Operation of substations with DG sets 1No. 160kVA (make Kirloskar) at SRE Power House and 1No. 125kVA at WWR Installation (make Ashoke Leyland) by providing 01 (one) skilled FGM, in 03 (three) shifts of 8hours each (round the clock 24hrs) x3 shifts = 3 FGMs on all days including Sundays and holidays complete all as specified, detailed hereinafter and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Manning & Operation of substation with 1No. DG set 100kVA, 1No. DG set 125kVA at 5Sqn and 1No. DG set 100kVA at DSS Complex by providing 01 (one) skilled FGM, in 02 (two) shifts of 8hours each (0800 to 1600hrs & 1600hrs to 2400hrs) = 2 FGMs on all days including Sundays and holidays complete all as specified, detailed hereinafter and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge .

Notes for serial item Nos. 1.00 to 7.00: (i) The timings for each shift shall be as decided by the Engineer-in-charge. No claim whatsoever on this aspect is admissible (ii) The minimum wages as derived by the Department including all statutory provision such as EPF, ESIC, Bonus, GST, etc. as applicable except the Contractor's profit for skilled FGM / person works out to Rs. 765/-per person per shift (iii) Bidder has to upload an signed undertaking in firm's letter head confirming that he has not quoted his rates lower than the derived minimum rates of the Department. Bids not accompanied with such undertaking shall not qualify for opening of the price bids. As applicable, his tender will be treated as 'NON BONAFIDE' if found at any stage and will not be considered for acceptance. In such case, the lowest tender shall be determined by the lowest amount amongst valid / bonafide bids only

Notes for serial item Nos. 1.00 to 7.00 contd: (iv) However increased minimum fair wages as notified time to time by the Government of India / State Government / Labour Regulations whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF, ESI, Bonus, taxes, etc. as applicable, irrespective of derived minimum wages as above (v) Increased wages including all other benefits in compliance of statutory provisions shall be paid to the workers by the Contractor. No other claim whatsoever shall be admissible on this account and the bidders shall note this aspect and quote their rates accordingly. It must be noted that in compliance of all statutory provisions, the increase shall be passed over to the workers (vi) Rates quoted by the bidder shall be deemed to be inclusive of any extra manpower required (if any) for relieving, replacement, etc. and all stipulations as per tender documents (vii) The operator placed shall be responsible to attend complaints concerned to the location/s as directed (viii) Conveyance/vehicle for moving around of the staff employed and or any T&P required and detailed specifics as per particular specifications shall be provided by the Contractor. (ix) A penalty of Rs. 500/- per complaint shall be imposed on non-attending of such complaints as directed. Such penalties shall be recovered immediately from corrosponding RARs/FB of the Contractor.

PART-II (REPAIR & OTHER WORKS)

Taking down copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) including fixture and fittings viz. switches, ceiling roses, light fittings, pendants, regulators, sockets, etc. and disposing off complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for point wiring with 1.5sqmm, single core, FRLS PVC insulated, ISI marked, unsheathed cable 1100V grade with multi-stranded copper conductor, drawn through and including non-metallic rigid PVC conduit not less than 20mm dia and conduit accessories concealed on walls, ceiling surfaces etc., and including provision of 1.5sqmm copper wire, green colour as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly, including cutting chases for conduit and sinking for box and making good to the surface to match the existing and MS sheet (1.6mm thick) sunken box or pressed steel terminal boxes with provision of 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover complete all as specified and as directed for the following:

Notes for item Nos. 38 & 39: (i) 2 runs of 4/6sqmm main cable, 1 run of 2.5/4sqmm earth conductors and 1 run of PVC conduit as per item shall be measured as one length (ii) Separate conduit shall be used for each sub-main wiring circuit irrespective of numbers of wire (iii) The minimum size of conduit shall be as stipulated, however higher sizes shall be used as per number of cables passing through. The Engineer-in-charge shall ensure for proper size of conduit as per requirement at site

Notes for serial item Nos. 62 & 63: (i) The cost of copper / GI earth continuity wire with GI pipe 50mm medium grade upto 7.5m is deemed to be included (ii) The earth chamber to be constructed 0.5m from edge of earth pit with necessary watering arrangement. The cost for the same is deemed to be included in above item (iii) Earthing shall produce desired earth resistance values as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (iv) The earth resistance shall be less than 01Ohm / as desired by the installation. A guarantee for 3years of this criterion on a Rs. 100 stamp paper shall be given by the Contractor. The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of this aspect
