Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. : For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. : With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

French spirit polishing : One or more coats on old work

Providing & fixing false ceiling at all height including providing & fixing of framework made of special section, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanised with zinc coating of 120 gms/ sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleat of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37mm, at 1200 mm c/c, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50 mm long with 6 mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25 x10 x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I chanels 45 x15 x 0.90 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm c/c, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5mm, at 450 mm c/c, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I intermediate channel with connecting clip made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.50 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/ partitions with the help of Rawl plugs at 450 mm centre, with 25 mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of Calcium Silicate Board to ceiling section and perimeter channels with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing & finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compounds, jointing tapes,finishing with jointing compounds in three layers covering up to 150 mm on both sides of joints and two coats of primer suitable for boards, all as per manufacture’s specification and also including the cost of making opening for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cut outs made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specificaton and direction of the Engineer in charge but excluding the cost of painting with: 8 mm thick Calcium Silicate Board made with Calcareous & Siliceous materials reinforced with cellulose fiber manufactured through autoclaving process(Make of Hilux/Aerolite/Saint gobain or equavalent)

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand(Kajaria/RAK/Orient or equavalent) & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. Double charge vitrified tile polished finish of any size ( or Tile 600 x 600 mm)

Providing and fixing finished decorative acoustic polyester fibre/PVC composite wall panels of approved colour and texture, 9–12 mm thick, having Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) not less than 0.75 moisture and termite resistant, directly fixed over prepared plastered brick wall using approved high-strength construction adhesive with necessary concealed screws/fasteners wherever required, including surface preparation, cutting, matching of pattern, edge finishing, mouldings, corner trims, all accessories, labour, T&P, scaffolding and all incidental charges complete in all respects at site as per direction of Engineer in-Charge.

Providing Semiskilled manpower for taking out and shifting of various items, furniture and other items from construction site to specified space in the institute of existing as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing vertical roller blinds of approved make and colour, manufactured from high-quality polyester fabric with PVC/acrylic coating, minimum fabric weight 300 GSM or 220 GSM (for sunscreen), UV resistant, anti-fungal, dust resistant and flame-retardant, complete with heavy-duty aluminium roller tube, powder-coated aluminium bottom rail, side brackets, stainless steel fixing screws, clutch mechanism, continuous bead chain, chain safety device, end caps and all necessary accessories, fixed to wall or ceiling over existing window openings, including drilling, cutting, making good disturbed surfaces and testing for smooth operation,(make of Vista/Delite /RK Decor or equavailent) complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer in-Charge.

Providing and fixing chromium plated brass 100 mm mortice latch and lock with 6 levers and a pair of brass lever handles of approved quality with necessary screws etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge
