Surface dressing not exc. 15 cm deep in soft/loose soil, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing un-surfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, applying evenly a prime coat of cationic bitumen emulsion (SS-1) conforming to IS : 8887 at a rate of application of 0.70 - 1 kg/sqm on surface of WMM/WBM as specified in table 500-5 of Morth specification for road and bridge work 2013 using mechanical sprayer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exceeding 400 Sqm and depth exceeding 50 mm but not exceeding 100 mm deep including removing stacking and deposing off, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregate of granite, trap or Basalt of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size), or of grading 3 (50 to 20 mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tone power roller, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using paving bitumen Vg-30 @ 4% (minimum) by the weight of total mix of any pernetration compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tone power roller, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : (i) No extra allowances shall be admissible to the contractor if the bitumen content is required more than 4% by the weight of total mix as per approved design. The contractor shall quote the rate accordingly.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of cationic bitumen emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS : 8887 at a rate of application of .20 - .30 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in table 500-5 of Morth specification for road and bridge work 2013, using mechanical spraye after cleaning of existing surface by air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness (minimum) with 5.5% binder content of paving bitumen Gde-VG-30 by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted, mixed in mechanical hot mixed plant and pre-mixed material laid with mechanical paver, finished including rolling to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required compaction complete all as specified in the relevant clauses of SSR Part-I (2009), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Note : (a) Rate deemed to be included for making good of any undulation/damages in wearing surfaces, where semi sense asphaltic concrete to be laid. (b) Semi dense ashphaltic bituminous concrete shall be designed as specified and binder content shall be provided as per design mix, contractor shall quoted his rates considering the bitumen contents as 5.5%. Any variation in binder content on minus side shall be adjusted at the rate of Rs 50.00 per kilogram of binder but vartiation in binder plus side shall not be paid extra contrator shall quote accordingly.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for fly ash brick work with Modular bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 including, surface even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 2.5 mm thick painting to road surfaces as in lines, dashes, arrows, letters , zebra crossing etc on roads, pavements and like with thermoplastic road marking paint @ 5 kg/Sqm and applying glass beads @ 300 gms/Sqm over painted surfaces while the painted surfaces are hot by mechanical means including cleaning surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note. The painting shall be carried out through mechanical appliances by the company's approved applicatior).

S&F in repair of Bi-directional Abrasion resistant Raised pavement markers made out of micro prismatic tough polycarbonate lens of approved colour, Engineered thermoplastic body and fixed on the road with Epoxy including making good the disturbed portion of the road, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair of solar stud 125x125x25mm made out of aluminium alloy 100% water proof design according to IP67 requirements in accordance to IS 12063:1987, flash rate not less than 1HZ, bearable weight 10 Tons with the following specification and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge. (a) Solar Power monocrystal solar panel. (b) Type of battery one high capacity Ni-Cd rechargeable. (c) View distance: Approximately 1000 mtrs. (d) LEDs-01 mm 3 peices each side and total 6 pieces are used high brightness of different colours back up 72 hours of continous at nights. (e) Red colour.

Dismantling of old unserviceable concrete poles/ struts of any size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.

S&F XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminum conductor, 1100Volt grade on walls with fixing acessories of size 10 Sqmm 4 Core cable including taking down old unserviceable cable, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for erection of steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap, finial taper plug bolts, nuts & screw as specified type 410 SP-31, 9.0 meter long including painted with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including 3 Nos bend/strips with yellow colour (300 mm wide each) synthetic paint at a distance from plinth block and making pole No with black synthetic enameled paint including tarring one coat on steel surface embedded in concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of street light bracket made out of GI tubing 25 mm bore medium grade 1.20 Mtr long bend to required shape as in bracket for street light fittings fixed with two No of MS flat iron 25mm x 5mm size and 30cm long clamp of required shape with bolts nuts and washers suitable for building security light including painting of mild steel flat iron surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including taking down old unserviceable one, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of factory made cable junction box IP-66 (weather proof), outdoor installation of size 155x210x92 mm for street light pole made of high quality polycarbonate (shock proof, rust proof, corrosion free, acid and chemical resistance, fire retardent) having high impact (IK-08) totally insulated made of halogen and silica free recycle material. UV resistant having high grade gasket made of polyurethene with GI clamps and nut, bolt to fix on steel tubular pole with cable entry of 10-16 sqmm with suitable size of terminals including taking down old unserviceable one, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in coping for pole, surface finished fair and even including necessary formwork etc, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations/sub-base, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in pole bedding PCC, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches exc 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 3.0 Mtr deep soft loose soil type of soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level for cable/stay, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in hard/dense soil, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated Soil materials to a distance n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L sand cushioning (dry) in trenches for protection of UG cables (below, above and around the cable laid in trenches) of 230mm spreding thickness and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note - Only punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supply & Laying sub class B bricks of size 25cmx12.5cmx7.5cm (+/-10% tolerance) for protection of UG cable with width equal to length of bricks as mechanical protection laid dry and flat including taking down old unserviceable one, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for horizontal boring across the existing road without disturbing the road surface for inserting 40 mm bore GI pipe, Complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- GI pipe Shall be measured and paid respective

S&F in repair of GI tube 40 mm bore light grade for cable protection, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 25×4mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including taking down old unserviceable one, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 1.5 sqmm 3 core copper cable for street light connection from junction box to light fitting including taking down old unserviceable cable, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
