Brick masonry using common burnt clay bricks in foundation & plinth in CM 1:4 (1cement : 4 sand)

Supplying and fixing MS ( man holes cover )with locking arrangement for frame of internal dimension 455x610 mm rectangular MS cover ( light duty) single seat the weight of cover to be not less 23 KG, I/c allleads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing 200 mm wide CI rungs with chequered or ribbed non slip surface i/c fixing in structure with 200 x 200 x 100 mm cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement :3 sand : 6 graded stone aggre. 20 mm nominal size )

Boulder/Stone filling dry hand packed tightly complete under lean conrete to prevent the entry of surface water.
