Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m width and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for taking up/laying cable/pipe etc completed all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches in road cross / floors tube galvanished iron light grade with all fittings for protection of cable of following dia/bore of pipe :-

Supply and lay in replacemet and testing cable LT XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable heavy duty with stranded aluminum conductor, 1100 Volts grade, of size 95 Sqmm 3.5 Core completed all as specified and directed. Note:-Excavation, earthwork, will be measured and paid separately under respective items of this Schedule.

Supply and lay in replacement and testing cable LT XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable heavy duty with stranded aluminum conductor, 1100 Volts grade, of size 35 Sqmm 3.5 Core completed all as specified and directed. Note:-Excavation, earthwork, will be measured and paid separately under respective items of this Schedule.

Supply and lay in replacement and testing cable LT XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable heavy duty with standerd aluminum conductor, 1100 Volts grade, of size 50 Sqmm 3.5 Core completed all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation, earthwork, will be measured and paid separately under respective items of this Schedule.

Supply and lay in replacement and testing cable LT XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable heavy duty with standerd aluminum conductor, 1100 Volts grade, of size 70 Sqmm 3.5 Core completed all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation, earthwork, will be measured and paid separately under respective items of this Schedule.

Supply and laying in replacement XLPE insulated PVC inner sheathed, armoured with galvanised steel strip or wire heavy duty underground cable with aluminium multi stranded conductor 1100 volt grade of size 25 Sqmm 4 core laid in trenches / duct passing through pipe / duct or fixed on pole and connecting and testing completed all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation, earthwork, will be measured and paid separately under respective items of this Schedule.

Supply and laying in replacement XLPE insulated PVC inner sheathed, armoured with galvanised steel strip or wire heavy duty underground cable with aluminium multi stranded conductor 1100 volt grade of size 16 Sqmm 4 core laid in trenches / duct passing through pipe / duct or fixed on pole and connecting and testing completed all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation, earthwork, will be measured and paid separately under respective items of this Schedule.

Servicing and cleaning of LT panel of any size with oiling, greasing to door panel, welding of broken door door with hinges to make it properly fitted, change the unserveciable connector, connection wire and MCCB as required completed all as specified and directed. Note- MCCB will be paid separately

Servicing of transformer upto 400 KVA/200 KVA at carrying out insulation resistant test (HT-LT, HT-E & LT-E), BDV of Oil (top & bottom sample), Filtration & topping up of oil, test, quaterly resistance check of earth pits, arresting of leakage by proper tightening of terminals& joints, replacement of loose or burnt out gasket & proper sealing of valves etc completed all as specified and directed.

Note: (i)The cost involved for oil filtration & topping with new mineral oil will be measured & paid separately. (ii) The contractor should produce all testing certificates immediately after testing .Moreover testing should be carried out by authorized OEM only. (iii) The contracted labour manning the substation should immediately inform any oil leakage,change in colour of silica gel, level down of oil in conservator etc.

Dehydration / filtration of transformer oil of transformers, of various capacities installed in different locations in Khambhalia and Dwarka by recirculation existing transformer oil with trolley mounted filtration plant till dielectric strength is up to 40 KV to 50 KV. Note- Quoted rates shall be deem to include for following:- (i) Oil shall be tested after filtration and test result will be recorded before & after filtration of oil. (ii) Contractor should make his own arrangement for oil filtration plant including transportation complete.

M & L for topping up of transformerr oil having dielectric strength 50 KV or so, as per IS specification in various electrical equipment installed at AF Station, khabhalia or Dwarka completed all as specified and directed. Make : SAVITA/POWER/BP/HP/IO

Note: (i) PCC foundation & coping shall be measured & paid separately.(ii) Excavation earth work and PCC will be measured and paid for seperately under respective item of schedule "A".

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete in foundation of poles completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in benching, coping, including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete in foundation of stay assembly complete all as specified.

Disconnecting the existing Unserviceable MCCB of 63 A Capacity, taking out from the panel board and supply and fix new MCCB four pole of 63 Amps, 25 KA breaking capacity as per site requrement ,exiting capacity suitable for 415 Volt, 50 Hz, 4 phase supply, fixed in existing panel and connecting with existing cable, including nuts, bolts and washer etc completed all as specified and directed. Make- C&S or equivelent

Disconnecting the existing Unserviceable MCCB of 100 A Capacity, taking out from the panel board and supply and fix new MCCB four pole of 100 Amps, 25 KA breaking capacity as per site requrement ,exiting capacity suitable for 415 Volt, 50 Hz, 4 phase supply, fixed in existing panel and connecting with existing cable, including nuts, bolts and washer etc completed all as specified and directed. Make- C&S or equivelent

Disconnecting the existing Unserviceable MCCB of 125 A Capacity , taking out from the panel board and supply and fix new MCCB four pole of 125 Amps, 25 KA breaking capacity as per site requrement,exiting capacity suitable for 415 Volt, 50 Hz, 3 phase supply, fixed in existing panel and connecting with existing cable, including nuts, bolts and washer etc completed all as specified and directed. Make- C&S or equivelent

Disconnecting the existing Unserviceable MCCB of 200 Capacity , taking out from the panel board and supply and fix new MCCB four pole of160 Amps, 35 KA breaking capacity as per site requrement,exiting capacity suitable for 415 Volt, 50 Hz, 3 phase supply, fixed in existing panel and connecting with existing cable, including nuts, bolts and washer etc completed all as specified and directed. Make- C&S or equivelent
