APPENDIX A - Construction of Regulator-1 No. :-Demolishing R.C.C. work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material with in 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge.

Putting up ring bund with a width of 2 mtr and height of 2.50 m, protect the sides with Ist class bamboo posts 4m long driving down 1.50 m below bed level at 60 cm c/c in 2 rows 2m apart and tied well with half split bamboo struts on both sides and screening inside with bamboo thaithals with coir yarn and inside filled with ordinary earth, cut, conveyed and consolidated with all leads and lifts and maintaining the bund leak proof till completion of the work including dismantling the bund after completion and clearing the site neatly.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for:Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

DRY RUBBLE MASONRY _ Dry rubble without concrete levelling course masonry with good quality blasted rubble including packing to compactness to lines and levels cost and conveyance of all materials labour charges etc. complete as per direction of Departmental officers at site

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade:New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

Supplying and filling at site with contractors own earth suitable for filling brought from out side, levelling the top at site and banking in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, ramming and dressing up in embankments for bunds,roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depressions, and as per the direction of officers at the site, etc, complete.

Providing BOUNDARY STONE .- 30*30*75 cm of hard stone 15cm chiseled dressed on all four sides including top including earthwork excavation and levelling course.
