Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above GL) and removing rubbish from premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling, stone slabs including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing tiles and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 mix type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone agg) for roof padding, leveling course to receive floor finishes etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 kg cement per Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 20 mm thick screed in CM 1:3 on roof slabs with using liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed. (Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or other than fair faces of brick work in cement mortar 1:4 with using liquid water proofing compound, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. (Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply only approved liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of roof slab including picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt etc and Supply and fix APP polymeric water proofing membrane, minimum 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm, black finish reinforced with non-woven polyester matt, with a thermo fusable finish laid over cold applied bituminous primer conforming to IS 3384 @ of 0.40 Kg/Sqm torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch, with a overlap of 75mm at the sides and 100mm at the ends and sealing including applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Coved fillets in PCC(1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, of radius 75mm shall be provided at the junction of roof and parapet wall/mumty/chimney/other vertical surfaces and thereafter surface painted with hot paving bitumen of Grade 30/40 confirming to IS-73, [email protected] Kg/Sqm over a coat of cold applied bituminous primer conforming to IS:3384 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm.

Item 14.00 Contd........ (ii) Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 45cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall of brick masonry and shall be finished by a membrane flushing. (iii) The waterproofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorized applicators. (iv) In case of stone masonry parapet wall etc a groove of size 25mmx25mm (minimum) shall be made in coved fillet at the junction of roof and parapet wall/mumty Chimney/other vertical surfaces and polymeric membrane inserted in groove and sealed with paving bitumen. (v) Cost of above aspects is deemed to be included in quoted rates.

The size of rails & style as specified in SSR Part-I (2009) section 8 and as per IS-1003(Part-I) kiln seasoned as per IS-1141 and chemically pressure treated as per IS-401 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick factory made IInd Class Hard wood (Hollock) glazed and skeleton, open rebated, prepared to receive glass, gauge etc, without sash bars, edges of framing plain, chamfered and rounded, fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass/gauge etc. The size of rails & style as specified in SSR Part-I (2009) section 8 and as per IS-1003(Part-I) kiln seasoned as per IS-1141 and chemically pressure treated as per IS-401 complete all as specified and directed. Note :- S & F glass/gauge shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F 150 mm long mild steel barrel tower bolts, stove enameled black with bright bolt and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fabricated & fixing Powder coated (thickness of powder coating minimum 60 micron) anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer in-charge.

S&F of micro perforated square edge and attractive finish mineral fibre (sand micro of nominal size 595x595x15 mm thick having building attribute as in false ceiling, fixed with and including grid of size 600x600mm having main frame of aluminium T of size 35x25x0.70 mm thick, cross aluminium T of size 25x35x0.70mm thick and wall angle of size 25x25x0.7 mm thick, the grid shall be suitable for mineral fibre tiles and hanging from soffits of existing RCC roof slab with using connecting/levelling clips, complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions, all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggreate), 75 mm thick as in plinth protection/Path/PCC paving etc including finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement, with and including all necessary form work to divide the area in panels, finishing exposed edges fair or rounding or chamfering where dirtected and providing 6 mm wide joints throughout the thickness of plinth protection duly filled with mastic filling (one part of hot bitumen 85/25 and three parts of fine sand by weight), complete all as specified & directed.
