CIVIL WORKS
WTP works
Survey, Investigation, Soil Testing, Planning, Design and Drawing construction, commissioning etc. as per design and drawing provided by the contractor all in accordance with the relevant latest I.S. Codes and approved by the Engineer as per conditions of the bid documents. The design and drawings provided by the contractor should be Vetted by any IIT Institute or Government Engineering College approved by the Engineer, on contractor's cost. For construction of 20 MLD WTP on latest technology, Admin Building with Command Control Room, and fire fighting arrangements, first aid arrangements Cascading Aerator, Inlet chamber, alum dosing, pre-sedimentation Tank/Rapid Mix/Vertical Flow Clarifloculator/Rapid Gravity Filter with Back Wash Arrangement/Proper Sludge Disposal and Backwash water disposal arrangements to nearest drain/low laying area& Appurtenant Works of the above-mentioned capacity, automated through PLC with outputs to SCADA, walkway in between WTP components with railing, Guard Room, Chemical Store House, Gaseous Chlorination Plant, Development of WTP area with adequate plantation, Rainwater harvesting unit. Lean concrete to be used of grade not less than M-15 and other structures in minimum M-30 grade of concrete. Cement and steel should be as per approved by the Engineer/IS code. Collapsible MS steel doors and aluminum windows to be provided including of three-coat whitewashing, internal two coat white cement painting, external painting with apex ultima/equivalent paint, all steelwork must be painted with red oxide paint and two coat of anticorrosive paint etc. and internal and external electrification with adequate LED lights for the compound, including automation, instrumentation & SCADA, wireless telemetry (voice & data), including Water Testing Kits, Lab Building and essential lab equipment as mentioned in the related Items Including of supply of all materials, labor T&P etc required for proper completion of works as per direction of the Engineer. All works complete as per design and drawing approved by engineer incharge. contractor will have to provide four wheelers, two wheelers, with fuel & driver for supervision of work and computer/laptop with operator as mentioned in tender document. (Only Civil Work)
INTAKE WELL WORKS
Survey, Investigation, Soil Testing, Planning, Design and Drawing, construction, commissioning etc. as per design and drawing provided by the contractor all in accordance with the relevent latest I.S. The design and drawings provided by the contractor should be vetted by any IIT Institute or Government Engineering College approved by the Engineer, on contractor's cost. For construction of Intake Well (for Hamirpur Npp & Kurara Np) of minimum internal size of 10.00M Dia & required Height with required length & 3.5 M width foot bridge , water inlet opening having minimum intake capacity to meetout the raw water required for WTP by different inlet points, construction of stair case, Pump house, Balcony, stair case post column beams etc. Such that to fix required nos. of VT Pump mention in item number 267. Power Control Panels, starters, intrumentation and SCADA & wireless telemetry (Voice & Data), internal and external electrification with adequate LED lightings including Excavation in soil i.e. Kankar mixed morrom/soft/hard rock and lean concrete of minimum grade of M-15 and R.C.C. in grade M-30 or above, in raft/ pile foundation, Intake R.C.C wall with supply of all type of steel bars of approved quality and cement OPC 53/43 grade of any make approved by the Employer as per design and drawings and binding the same including binding materials, diversion arrangement of flow during construction by making bundh across the dam supply gunny bags, sand, their filling suitable size of steel garder, with chain puli arrangement, dismantling and refixing etc. and also supply and fixing of collapsible gate, collapsible door, almunium window as per relevent specifications also including of three coat white washing, internal two coat snowcem painting, external painting with appex ultima or equivalent paint, all steel work must be painted with red oxide paint and two coat of anticorrosive paint etc. and internal and external electrification of intake well, supply and fixing of three-row of 20 mm dia G (Midium) pipe railing with 65X65X6 mm M.S. Angle iron posts. Supply and fixing of aniet opening of required capacity as per requirements including of supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of works as per direction of the Engineer. Cost of VT Pumps, panels, SCADA panel board, pipe manifolds etc. are not covered in this item.

RCC OHT
Supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc, and construct an RCC over head tank of following capacity with RCC staircase and 1m wide balcony, G.I. Pipe and angle iron posts around the balcony and at the dome periphery, M.S. ladder from the balcony to the top of tank and inside the tank, supply and fixing M.H. cover with locking device, ventilator; lightening conductor, water level indicator, fixing of puddle collars and bell mouths, supply and fixing M.S. clamps with RCC coloumn, 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 floor over 80 mm PCC 1:4:8 in appron, 150 mm semicircular drain around the tank, escape channel of 20m length, box type enclosure at the entrance of the staircase having locking arrangements, three coat cement paont & three coat apex ultima and testing of tank for water tightness etc. and also including the cost of supply and fixing of all necessary CI D/F pipes and valves etc. all complete including site clearance and other unforeseen items for following zones. All Components of OHT will be casted in M-30 concrete with cement, coarse sand and approved stone grit as per I.S. 11682 and I.S. 456. Minimum depth of foundation below original ground level will be 2.0 M. Seismic effects and wind load should be taken into consideration as I.S. 1893 for earthquake resistance and I.S. 875 part-III for wind load on structure. The assumed bearing capacity of soil has been taken as 8 M.T. sqm.1m wide two column RCC stair case from ground lavel to balcony. M.S. ladder made of 50 X 50 X 6 mm angle section and 20 mm plain M.S. bars (specification of M.S. should be as per IS 800-2007) with hand rails of 20 mm medium class G.I. pipes on both sides in three rows from balcony to top dome resting on an RCC platform (75 X 75 cm and 10 cm thick) projecting from top ring beam and one aluminum ladder inside the tank body ( from manhole in top dome to bottom dome). 1 m wide R.C.C. balcony around the tank at the junction point of vertical wall and conical wall. Proper R.C.C. railing and 20 mm dia medium class G.I. pipe (in 3 rows) on both sides of stair case, around the balcony at each landing from landing with top ring beam upto manhole on the top dome and at the periphery. The G.I. pipes will be supported on R.C.C. posts of 100 mm dia or on the posts made of 50 X 50 X 6 mm M.S. angle section, spaced at intervals not more than 1.5 m. Proper ventilator at top dome in circular shape of 1.2 m dia along with an R.C.C. cover of minimum 1.50 m dia and 7.5 cm thickness, pillar of ventilator should be minimum 50 cm dia. The space between top dome and R.C.C. cover should be covered with mosquito net of slandered quality along with expended mantled. Electro Magnetic Flow Meter. Lightening conductor as per I.S.S. 2309 of its latest amendments of latest electricity rules. It should consist proper elevation rod with 5 or more fork points proper down conductors of prescribed mental of proper size prescribed by ISS 2309-1969 and ISS 3013-1966. D.I. manhole of min 60 X 60 cm size made of M.S. channel section with adequate cover made of M.S. sheet of minimum 3mm thickness hinged with manhole with locking arrangement. This manhole should be fixe at top dome at proper place. Supply, fixing, jointing of following size of D.I. D/F Pipes with D.I. D/F specials conforming to IS 8329/2000 as vertical pipes for inlet, outlet, over flow and washout as per latest / relevant I.S. specifications with all jointing materials for proper completion of work including other appurtenant works and excavation in all types of soil. Construction of bed blocks in 1:2:4 PCC with cement, coarse sand and approved stone grit under each duck foot bend to support the vertical pipes. These bed blocks should supported on the raft not on the soil. Construction of surface box type Sluice valve chamber for above sluice valve (3 No.) as per departmental type design and drawing including supply and fixing of 150 mm x 150 mm size C.I. surface box including locking arrangement. Construction of washout/ overflow chamber as per departmental type design and drawing. Construction of P. C. C. Floor & Drain and all other necessary work as per departmental type drawing and design. Painting of all concrete surface and steel pipe works with three coats of approved cement paint and anticorrosive paints. Testing & Commission etc. all complete work.
