The outer layer shall be made of HDPE material in red colour, middle layer shall be made of HDPE in translucent (natural) and the inner ribbed layer of solid permanent lubricant (PLB) i.e. Silicore. The inner surface of the multi channel ducts shall be straight ribbed & shall be of a configuration for faster installation of cables. 100% virgin HDPE raw material shall be used. No regrind shall be used and the duct shall be sourced from ISO 9001,14001,18001 and ISRS audited manufacturer only. One coupler every 12 meter for duct jointing shall be provided. The coupler shall be used to join two HDPE pipes. It should either snap fit or Split type.
