PU Flooring 6mm thick
Surface Preparation: Cleaning, preparing and making ready the existing floor by removal of oil & grease, loose particles, laitance, dust etc., by grinding, scarification, brushing, dusting etc., with necessary tools & tackles to receive the PU Flooring etc., complete, as specified and directed by EIC.
Construction/ Contraction Joints Treatment: Treatment of the Floor Construction Joints by cutting, cleaning and filling with Epoxy mortar with necessary tools and tackles etc., complete, as specified and directed by EIC.
Repair of Existing Floor Patches: Repair of all the patches, ditches, cracks, dents, undulations etc., measuring 15-20mm and above with Polymer Modified Cement based compound mortar material CEMTOP manufactured by M/s. FOSROC etc., complete, as specified and directed by EIC.
Polyurethane Self Smoothing Concrete Floor Topping 6mm Thick: 1. Providing and applying 1mm thick Scratch coat of Nitoflor UT3000 manufactured by M/s. FOSROC on the well prepared concrete surface and filling the anchor grooves with the same material and curing the same as per TDS supplied by the manufacturer. 2. Providing and laying 5mm thick Self smoothing Polyurethane Concrete Floor Topping with Nitoflor SL3000UT in approved color and shade and curing etc., complete, as per the Manufacturer’s Specifications and as directed by EIC.
PU Flooring 4mm thick
Polyurethane Self Smoothing Concrete Floor Topping 4mm Thick: 1. Scarifying / Grinding the old surface to roughen the existing flooring to create long lasting bonding between the mother concrete and the new PU flooring and cleaning the surface thoroughly & removing laitance completely, cutting the Anchor Grooves etc. 2. Providing and applying 1mm thick Scratch coat of Nitoflor SL3000 UT on the concrete surface and filling the anchor grooves with the same material and curing as per TDS. Providing and laying 3mm thick Polyurethane Self Smoothing Concrete Floor Topping Nitoflor SL3000UT in approved color and shade and curing the same as per TDS.
Supply and application of Screed coving 75X75MM at all right angles with one coat of primer and finishing with Nitocote FC in two coats with necessary tools & tackles etc.
