Excavation in foundation in trenches etc. in earth work in all classification of soil such as spade work, pick work, jumper work, blasting work, soft /hard rock etc. up to all depth, stacking the excavated soil within all leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacking soil in 15 cm. layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing, laying cement concrete 1:6:12(1cement:6sand)12graded stone agg., 40mm nominal size)& curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinths within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Randum Rubble masonry/ploygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12(1cement:6sand:12graded stone agg., 20mm nominal size) at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement:6sand) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc., with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in:

Foundation, footings, basis of columns etc. and mass concrete within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the line floor etc upto 200mm thickness complete in all respect within all eads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Slopping or battering surfaces including folded plates where inclination to horizontal plates does not exceed 30cm complete in all respect within all eads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Beam, cantilever, girders and lintles sides and soffits of beam haunching cantilever girder, bressumers and lintles not exceeding 1 mtr in depth complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls under 20cm wide complete in all respect within all eads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1cement:2sand:4graded stone agg., 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in : suspended floors, roofs, landing and shelves and their supports balconies, beams, girders and cantilever upto floor two level complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge)

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks of approved quality in super structure in cement mortar 1:6(1cement:6sand) above plinth level upto floor two level (2nd class bricks) within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Half brick masonry in common burnt clay building bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement:4sand) 2nd class bricks complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory, windows and other frames wrought,framed and fixed in position Sal wood within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Providing and fixing, panelled and glazed or panelled & glazed shutter for doors, windows & clearstory windows including bright finished black enamelled from butt hings with necessary screw in local (Seasham, Tuni) wood 40mm thick within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

P/F MS grills of required patterns in wooden frames of windows etc with MS flat square of round bars with rammed headed bolts & nuts or by screws(Plain grill) within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M.S tower bolts (barrel type) with screws (200x10mm) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M.S handles with necessary screws complete 100 mm complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M. S sliding door bolts bright finished or/and black enamelled with bolts and nuts screw etc., (250x16mm) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M. S hooks and eyes 150mm complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing glass panes with putty and nails including removal of broken glass panes wherever necessary (Plain glass 4mm thick) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

6mm cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3sand) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

15mm thick cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement:6sand) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

20mm thick cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/stone masonry walls & interior plastering upto floor two level including internal angle chamfers &/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6(1cement:6sand) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Pointing on brick work with cement mortar 1:3(1cement:3sand) raised and cut point complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Precast terrazzo tile 20mm thick (with marble chips of specified sizes) fixed on wall on 10mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1cement:3sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles (wherever required) including rubbing and polishing complete with tiles of following shades complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying brick tiles over mumty roofs grouted with cement mortar 1:3(1cement:3sand) over a 12mm layer of cement mortar 1:3 (1cement:3sand)and finished neat complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face CI rain water pipes including fitting the joints with spun yarn and cement 1:2(1cemeng:2sand) 100mm dia pipe complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixng MS holder bat clamps of approved design to CI or SCI pipes embedded in and including cement concrete blocks 10x10x10cm dia meter for CI pipe complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face CI accessories for rain water pipes including filling the joints with spun yarn soaked in neat cement slurry and cement mortar 1:2 (1cement:2sand) CIplain bend 100mm dia complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing plinth protection 50mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6(1cement:3asand:6graded stone agg., 20mm nominal size) including finishing the top surface concrete smooth within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

White washing with lime on underocated surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade including thoroughly bromming the surface to remove all dirt, dust mortar dirt and other foreign matter within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering with dry distempering of approved brand and manufacture (two coats) and of required shade on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade over and including primer coat of white after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Hirmachi colour wash on undecoraed wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade includint thoroughly bromming the surface to remove all dirt, dust mortar drops and other foreign matter complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement washing with port-land cement slurry on undecorated wall surfaces (one coat) give a smooth bodied opaque finish including thoroughly bromming the surface to remove all dirt, dust mortar drops and other foreign matter complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coat over new steel & other metal surfaces after & including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil grease dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes fine steel wool scrapers and sand paper complete with ready mixed priming paint brushing red lead red-oxide zink oxide chrome complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats(excluding priming coat) on new steel surface with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust & other foreign matter sand papering and stopping with ready mixed paint other than white within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coat over new wood & wood based surface after and including repairing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil grease dirt & other foreign matter & papering & knotting ready mixed paint brushing primer for enemel within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats(excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood surface with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust & other foreign matter sand papering and stopping with ready mixed paint other than white within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including bending, binding, & placing in position complete upto floor two level) within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing MS fan clamps type-I of 16mm dia MS barbent to shape with hooked ends in RCC slab during laying including painting the exposed position of loop, all as per standard design complete within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of Toilet 1.00x1.00 mtr, Size of standard height and depth made of RCC planks frame and shutter of angle iron and plain CGI sheet WC Indian type and pits including excavation to toilet foundation and soak pit and kinds of soil and disposal of surplus excavated earth, filling with course sand, cement concrete flooring 1:2::4 (1cement:2sand:4graded stone agg., 20mm nominal size) for rural sanitation system in all leads and lifts as per standard design and drawing or as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 1. 5 : 3 (1 cement : 1.50 sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Foundation, footing bases of column and the like mass concrete within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charges. (For foundation of pumping machinery)

Providing and fixing of foundation bolt 20mm dia round bar and 90 cm long including threading and bolt etc. complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Electrical works, i.e. complete wiring of pump house, complaint room, Providing & fixing 2 No. ceiling fans, Tube lights, LED bulb, switches, Socket, Power Plug etc. Bajaj/Havells make and 1 No. Providing and fixing and commissioning of deep drawn housing HP (Energy saver) light 50 watt street lights of make Havells/ Crompton/ anchor/ Bajaj with SSP-12071-4/21 having in weather proof box etc., complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.
