EARTH WORK
Mass Excavation including backfilling (include obtaining permission of Govt. authority and paying fees / royalty if any also providing debris management and submitting plan to local authority) in all kinds of soil, wet or dry (such as yellow murrum, hard murrum / gravel or mixture of any kind, etc.), in loose and slushy condition, including soft rock, to the required level by mechanical equipments (JCB / Poclain) for foundation trenches, rafts of walls, plinths, including carting away and disposing off surplus excavated material (outside IIM A Campus at locations approved by local authority as per their rule) as directed by PM including removal of vegetation, shrubs and debris, spreading, leveling, watering and compacting in layer not exceeding 150mm in depth in each layer and stacking of excavated material for back filling within the premises; if required, dewatering by bailing/pumping out water to keep the site dry at all times, making temporary stepping / sloping, shoring with planking, strutting, sectioning, trimming, dressing of sides, leveling or grading, cleaning, removing and excavating loose pockets and consolidating them by backfilling as directed by the PM. Further Rate shall include manual excavation and final dressing to arrive at required level. Rate should include breaking clods, watering, compacting each layer with vibratory compactor and at inaccessible places with wooden/steel rammers to achieve 95% proctor density at optimum moisture content; dressing up embankments; if required, bailing/pumping out of water to keep site dry while back filling; costs includes conveyance of all materials, labour, machinery etc. complete. Further providing and erecting necessary Barricading for excavated area to avoid any calamity and maintaining the same up to the contract period including submitting drawings / details of barricading for prior approval of PM. Note : Incase of over excavation, it need to be filled with Plum concrete (1:4:8) having no extra cost.

Providing, diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for pre-constructional anti-termite treatment and creating a continuous chemical barrier under and around the column pits, wall trenches, excavation area, top surface of plinth filling, junction of wall and floor, along the external perimeter of building, expansion joints, over the top surface of consolidated earth on which apron is to be laid, surroundings of pipes and conduits etc. complete. STRUCTURAL WORK
CEMENT CONCRETE (CAST – IN- SITU)
Providing, machine mixing and laying Plain cement concrete (PCC) of required thickness including compacting, curing, dewatering where required and vibrating, cleaning, preparing surfaces, junctions, etc.; complete at all depths and leads as per the drawing and to entire satisfaction of the Engineer in-charge. 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)
REINFORCEMENT CEMENT CONCRETE WORK
Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights : Foundations, footings, bases of columns, columns, beams, plinth / tie beams ,lintel ,slab etc.
Providing, transporting to site, storing, de-coiling (if required), straightening, cutting, bending, spirally hooping, binding and placing, in position reinforcement bars, to correct shape and size as per detailed drawings, specifications, preparing and getting approved bar-bending schedules for all reinforced concrete works with correct size of heavy duty PVC / concrete (of same grade of concrete) cover blocks and galvanized binding wire of 18 gauge, required dewatering, provide required labour and machines / equipment / tools / tackles for handling, shifting, bending, binding, etc. The rate shall include cost of concrete cover blocks, binding wire, all chairs, spacers and pins etc. all complete to the satisfaction of the PM at all depths, height, lift & leads. Corrosion Resistance Steel with (Fe 500D) having chemical composition of Carbon - 0.25% (Max), Sulphur - 0.04% (Max), Phosphorus - 0.04% (Max) and Copper - 0.40% (Min)
Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge at all heights, lead and lifts. (Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess / less cement used as per design mix shall not be payable/recoverable separately). Note:- Soft water shall be used for Concrete having pH 7 to 7.5
Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone - III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth.

Two hour fire rated metal doors: Providing and fixing Hollow metal fire rated doors as per IS 3614 part-2 for stability and integrity. Pressed Galvanized steel confirming to IS 277 with the following specification. Recommended fire door shall have doors tested at CBRI against Test Schedule Ref No FR/0046 for maximum rating of 2hrs tested. Doors shall be finished in Thermosetting Powder Coating desired RAL Shades. Manufacturer test certificate shall cover doors both single & double leaf doors and Hardware should pass European certificate "CE" of conformity / UL with required fire ratings. Any deviation in specification and sheet thickness other than what is mentioned in the test certificates are not allowed. Door frame shall be single rebate profile of section 100 x 57 mm made out of 1.20mm thick galvanized steel sheet with a factory pre-punched groove so as to accommodate Fire & smoke seal size 10x4mm. Frames shall be butt jointed and field assembled with bolting system for proper strength. The frames shall be finished with Thermosetting Powder Coating in desired RAL Shade. All provision should be mortised, drilled and tapped for receiving appropriate hardware. Frames should be provided with back plate bracket and anchor fasteners for installation on a finished plastered masonry wall opening.The edges should be interlocked with a bending radius of 1.4mm. For pair of doors astragals has to be provided on the meeting stile for both active and inactive leaf. Shutter shall be fixed to frame with 120 min fire rated SS 304 Ball Bearing Butt Hinges of size 100mm x 75mm x 3 mm CE marked (no of hinge as suggested by Engineer In Charge). Shutter shall be with bottom seal of approved make as per manufacturer's specification. Door leaf shall be minimum 46mm thick fully flush double skin door with or without vision lite. Door leaf shall be manufactured from 0.8mm (22 gauge) minimum thick galvanized steel sheet. The internal construction of the door should be rigid reinforcement pads for receiving appropriate hardware. The infill material shall be Rockwool treated with Viper FRS 881 LH. All doors NSD 12049 shall be factory prepped for receiving appropriate hardware and provided with necessary reinforcement for hinges, locks, and door closers. The edges should be interlocked with a bending radius of 1.4mm. Vision lite wherever applicable should be provided as per manufacturers recommendation with a beading and screws from inside. Door shutter shall be finished with etched primer coating, stove zinc phosphate primer and thermosetting polyurethane aliphatic grade paint of approved color. The door leaf and frame shall have passed minimum 250 hours of salt spray test as per the directions of Engineer - in- charge. Rate shall be inclusive of shutter with infill material, bottom seal, hinge, finishing cost and installation but excluding the cost of Vision panel and all hardware.
Metal door :Manufacture and supply of Hollow metal door at all levels from ISO 9001-2015 certified Manufacturer. All hollow metal general doors are with / without vision Panel. Galvanised steel Single /Double leaf to required sizes of approved make shakti Hormann or approved equivalent which consists of frame, shutter, infill and finish as detailed below and conforming to IS 277. Door frame shall be be single rebate profile of size 100 x57 mm made out of 1.20mm (18gauge) minimum thick galvanized steel sheet. Frames shall be Mitered and field assembled with self tabs. groved frame shall have provision for inbuild gasket. All provision should be mortised, drilled and tapped for receiving appropriate hardware. Frames should be provided with back plate bracket and anchor fasteners for installation on a finished plastered masonry wall opening. Once frame installed should be grouted with non fire rated PUF/ Cement Grouting. Door leaf should be 46mm thick fully flush double skin door with or without vision panel. Door leaf shall be manufactured from 0.8mm (20 guage) minimum thick galvanised steel sheet. The internal construction of the door should be rigid with steel stiffeners/ pads and reinforcement. The infill material shall be resin bonded honeycomb core. All doors should be factory prepped for receiving appropriate hardware and provided with necessary reinforcement for hinges, locks, and door closers. The edges should be interlocked with a bending radius of 1.4mm. For pair of doors integrated astragals has to be provided on the meeting stile for both active and inactive leaf. Vision panel wherever applicable should be as per joinery details with a screw on glass beeding on the inside. The glass should be 5mm clear toughned glass. Louvers when recommended should be site proof and shall be flush fixed on the external surface. All doors and frames shall be finished to “PURE POLYSTER POWDER COATING” for minimum 50 microns (on the visible surface of the Shutter and Frame) of approved colour. The door leaf and frame shall have passed minimum 500 hours of salt spray test.
Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works
Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters.

Kota stone slabs 20 mm thick in risers of steps, dado, skirting and pillars laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete. a)Mirror polished minimum 25mm to 30mm thick
Making 3 nos. of anti skid grooves 3mm x 3mm deep on top of stair case tread at front as shown in the drawing in kota / granite stone. (Measurement will be done in Rmt for a set of 3 no grooves together)
FINISHING WORKS
Providing and applying 12mm thick plaster in cement mortar mix ratio CM 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) mixed with approved polypropylene fibers as per instruction of the approved manufacturer, to internal surfaces of concrete and masonry work; including raking out joints, hacking concrete surfaces and applying approved chemical bonding agent and applying a scratch coat over concrete surfaces by bonding / adhesive chemical coat as directed by approved manufacturer to create a key, cleaning / grooving deep junctions of concrete & masonry, grouting them back by mortar mixed with non shrinking compound along with packing of clean, fresh square cut aggregate; further providing 150mm wide 20 gauge GI chicken mesh at junctions of concrete and masonry work, including preparing and finishing jambs, sills, grooves, pattas, wattas, rounding of corners, etc. all complete as per architectural drawings, specifications and finished smooth with wooden rundha etc. or as specified by the PM at all leads, depth and lifts, doing independent double-legged scaffolding, cleaning of surfaces, curing, etc. complete as per specification and to the approval of the PM. - internal Wall & ceiling
18mm thick plaster in two coat, underlayer 12mm thick cement mortar 1:5(1 cement : 5 sand) and top layer 6mm thick cement mortar 1:3(1 cement : 3 sand) finished rough with sponge including preparing and finishing drip mould, providing 150mm wide 20 gauge GI chicken mesh at junctions of concrete and masonry work - External wall surfaces
Painting with two coat of acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including two coat of acrylic putty and one coat of primer - external wall, internal wall and ceiling surfaces
Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two coats on new work on MS railing including primer
WATERPROOFING WORK
Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc. consisting of following operations: a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/Sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls up to 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement :5 coarse sand ) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls up to 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ Sqm of cement admixed joint less cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fiber cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep. e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer in-Charge : With average thickness of 120 mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm.

Providing and fixing power coated aluminium windows ( Minimun thickless of aluminium sections must be 2 mm) with 6mm clear toughened glass as per elevation drawings .

Supply & Installation of the following components of Non Inverter DX-Split System:
Refrigerant piping : Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning including vaccumiazation and Nitrogen testing of following nominal sizes of soft/hard drawn copper refrigerant piping for DX system, complete with fittings, with suitable adjustable ring type hanger supports, jointing/press fittings including accessories, thermal insulation with Closed cell EPDM rubber, having drensity 40-60 kg/m3 & 19mm thickness as per the specifications. Material shall have fire class A (Flame spread:20 & Smoke developed: 150) in accordance with ASTM E-84 and flamabillity class V-0 as per UL 94. Thermal Conductivity is 0.035 w/m.k at 24°C mean temperature and having µ value ≥ 7000 without any covering. Material shall be Anti-fungal & Anti-Bacterial in accordance with UL181 and ASTM E2180 respectively NOTE:- 1)The Copper Piping & Piping Circuit should be with Minimum Number of joints, which shall be attained by : (i) Using One End Expanded Tubes (ii) Bending the tubes instead of using elbow joints wherever 90 degree bending is required. (2) Piping should be routed at site in such a manner, that brazed joints in the refrigeration piping are kept to a minimum. (3) The makes of tube fittings shall be same as that of tubes. (4) The thickness of fittings used shall be same as that of the pipe. Pipe Fittings Specification:-Press fittings with press ends shall be manufactured from Copper (UNS C12200) min 99.9% pure and be UL certified recognised component. Three-point press fitting (one before the seal, on the seal and after the seal towards the fitting end) available in sizes ¼’’ to 1.3/8’’ compatible with copper tubes manufactured to ASTM B280/ JIS H 3300. The sealant HNBR O ring in the fitting shall be black in colour, with capacity to withstand temperatures -40 to +140 Degree Celsius. Press fittings shall be capable of withstanding maximum operating pressure of 48 bar (700 psig). Copper fittings shall be supplied with 10 years warranty and installers shall be trained and certified before installation and site supervised by the competent personnel from the manufacturer/ distributor.
