Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 microns) Mesh Doors shutters for entrance Doors and Mesh shall be SS 304 grade including necessary SS fixtures like aldrop, Tower bolts, magnets & hinges etc., complete all as directed. (Note: Aluminum powder coated Colour and frame size will be decided by EIC) (Aluminum frame thickness shall be 2.0mm and make is Jindal) (item Includes removal of old doors and same shall be handed over to CM Dept) (The new door shall be with Top rail, styles & lock rails of size 75 x 30mm, bottom rail of size 100 x 30mm and mosquito mesh shall be SS 304 with 1.00mm APERTURE @ 0.25mm dia stainless wire with suitable spring hinges.)

Providing and fixing anodized extruded aluminium sliding Cupboards for Kitchen area ,Hall & Bed room (2-Track / 3-Track shall be provided as per the site condition) including frames of approved colour & make. Aluminium sections shall be powder coated with approved colour including aluminium frame confirmting to IS:1948, IS:1949 fabricated from exuded sections of INDAL / JINDAL or approved equivalnent make having minium 2mm wall thickness as per IS:1285, IS:733 and electro colour coating of 15 microns thinkess, glazing shall be frosted float glass of 5.5mm thikness saintgobian / modigurad or 3mm thick ACP sheet of approved make including snap fit type beading , concealed screws, fixtures, locking arrangments for cupboards , CP brass / stainless steel screws, Providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provisions for fixing of fittings where ever required including cost of PVC / neoprene gasket fits all complete with necessary filling up of gaps at the jucntions at top bottom and sides etc., complete . Aluninum sections shall be smooth rust free straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required. complete all as directed. (Note: Al. Providing 15 mm thick plaster with CM (1:4) to Cupboard pin walls at all heights, and where ever required etc., including cost of Cement (PPC-Ramco, ACC, Ultratech, Nagarjuna & Jaypee) and all materials, tools, plant and labour, scaffolding arrangements and curing all as per specifications and directions of the engineer.

Providing Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 nominal mix by using 20 mm graded crushed granite aggregate for cupboard bottom areas including mixing, depositing in position, tampering, finishing, curing including all materials & labour etc., complete all as directed

Providing 15 mm thick Precast RCC slab (reinforced cement concrete) work of mix 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement : 2 Coarse sand (zone-III): 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) cupboard shelves for kitchen, Bed rooms,& hall etc.,including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing, reinforcement and cost of material & labour completed all as directed.

Providing 75 mm thick Precast RCC slab (reinforced cement concrete) work of mix 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement : 2 Coarse sand (zone-III): 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) cupboard shelves on top of cupboard for kitchen & hall etc.,including the cost of centering, shuttering,finishing, reinforcement and cost of materila & labour completed all as directed.

Supply and fixing of 25mm thick solid PVC doors with frames & shutter for toilets and bathrooms (Sintex or equvilant make) including fixing of required aluminium aldrops, tower bolts, handles and butt hinges etc.,complete. (Item includes removel of old damaged frame with shutter same shall be handed over to CM dept).
