The laboratory of the tenderers should have valid certification / recognition under Environment Protection Act, 1986 from Central Pollution Control Board CPCB and the Laboratory of the tenderers should have valid NABL Accreditation for all the parameters and ISO 9001 Certification and copy of the same should be attested and attached.

RequiredThe firm / consultant should have necessarily completed three similar nature of work Water quality testing, River quality testing, Environmental assignments of Irrigation and tank filling projects with a scope of water quality testing of value Rs. 89.36 Lakhs in the last 05 financial years reckoned from 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 2024 25. Workdone issued should be not below the rank of the Executive Engineer.

Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Joint Venture not allowed.

The technical proposal shall not included any financial information.

Consultant shall express the price of there services in Indian Rupee.

Proposal must remain valid for 90 days, after the submission date.

The analysis of sampled water quality should be carried out as per IS & APHA Norms.

Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly sampling of water quality testing of secondary treated water at STP inlet point of K&C Valley Lift Irrigation Scheme colletected at Bellandur Jack well inlet & at 137 tanks in Kolar and Chikkaballapura Districts.

The laboratory of the tenderer should be located in Bangalore.

Consultant should give the services of water sampling and quality analysis of secondary treated water of K&C Valley Lift Irrigation Scheme collected at Bellandur Jack well inlet & at 137 tanks and also for additional tanks as per the direction of Engineer in Charge of work.

The results of the analysis will be compared with the general standards for discharge of environmental pollutants.

Water quality criteria of CPCB should be followed.

The MI representatives will have the right to supervise and check the method of collection of Data and also witness the various tests.

The tenderer should bound to all the conditions mentioned in Bid Documents.

The intending Bidder/ firm/ company are advised to visit the work site before submission of the tenders.

The necessary Certificates / documents in support of eligibility criteria fulfilled as stipulated shall be scanned and attached to e-tender document. The original certificate / documents shall be produced prior to the opening of bid for verification. Scanned signature of the Bidder/ firm/ company and authorized representative of the Bidder/ firm/ company shall be attached while uploading bid

The original of all above documents shall be produced for verification otherwise the tender will treated as non responsive bid and shall be considered for rejection.

If any of the dates mentioned happens to be a general holiday, the next working day holds good.

Conditional tenders are liable to be rejected. The officer competent to accept the tender shall have the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.

The rates quoted by the Bidder/ firm/ company must be inclusive of GST, sales tax and any other taxes.

Corrigendum will be published in the website for all modifications or corrections if any.

The contractor should mention their recent correct postal address & mail address in declaration forms.

The Tender processing charges paid by the Bidder/ firm/ company are not refundable even if the tenders are cancelled.

Incomplete tender documents will be rejected.

As per the Karnataka Building and other Constructions Workers Welfare Cess Act 1996, 1% of the bill amount will be deducted from the bills.

Typographical errors, if any, will not be the ground for any claims by the Contractor.

The bidder should furnish the name of the individual/ firm with address & telephone No. with place of registration, year of incorporation etc.

Credentials obtained from the employer not below the rank of Executive Engineer shall be furnished indicating the work done and the consultancy fee obtained for such projects.

Firms shall examine all terms and instructions included in the document, failure to provide all or any of the requested information will be at his risk and may result in the rejection of your proposal.

The availability of key professional staff must be ensured at cell during the period shown in the schedule.

A good working knowledge of kannada and English language is a must for key professional staff on this assignment.

The proposal shall include but be not limited to the following 1. Firms organisation, structure and relevant experience including details of the previous experience and details of the ongoing works in prescribed form. complete profile of the firm need to be attached, along with CVs of the key professional staff proposed.2. Description of methodology and work plan for performance of assignment. 3. The composition of the proposed team / teams and task assignment to individual members: the general description of qualilfication, experience and tasks to be performed by various experts as key professional staff. The task to be assigned to each member of the proposed team should be decided by the firm.The firm should take into account the various stipulations in the terms of reference and assign the tasks to the indivlidual members of the team. 4. Curriculam vitae CV recently signed with date mentioned by the proposed key professional staff and also countersigned by an authorised official of the firm. The key information shall be as per the format given in FORM.

The financial proposals shall be prepared to cover the tasks mentioned in the TOR and also the tasks you may think should be carried out in order to meet the objective the services.

The financial proposals shall take into account the tax liability and cost of insurance, if any specified in the TOR.

The contractor shall quote the rates adding GST and all other taxes.
