Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5M wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth and getting out in hard/dence soil for laying of under ground cable and foundation of polescomplete all as specified and directed. .

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm.complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated soft/loose soil not exc 50 m & depositing where as directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above from starting pointcomplete all as specified and directed. .

M&L for dry river sand for cushioning for protection of under ground cable in trench etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick sub class ‘B’ to be laid over dry sand cushioning in trenches as protection to cable etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded aggregate as in coping to the poles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using (40 mm graded aggregate in foundation, filing and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any hape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint.etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cross arms of MS channel or angle sections etc complete and setting aside for re-use with in 50 m etc complete all as directed.

M&L for Pin type , porcelain, vitreous, white , borwn or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle , two galvanised mild steel spindle, two galnvanised iron wahers and one galvanised iron nut, 150 mm height,150 mm dia.etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling insulators any type any size from LT poles etc complete all as directed.

M&L Stay assembly complete with accessories anf fittings of diameter of stay rod in 20 mm including earth work etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stay assembly complete from the pole etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Aluminium conductor, steel reinforced incl stringing in position etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of ACSR from the poles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised iron steel earth plate of size 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level connected to thick electrode and 32x6 mm GI strip as earthing by means of nuts bolts check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earth wire protected by galvanised iron pipe 15 mm bore (medium grade) and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 precast RCC cover slab 54 x 54 cm x 5 cm with reinforcement with 8 mm TMT bars @ 100 C/C with one handle and funnel for watering charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers & necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as shwon in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part-I including testing on completion etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old any type of pole and M&L for steel tubular sewaged poles of complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plate, bolts, nuts and screws, as specified type 410 SP-31 9 Mtrs long including excavation & earth workr as required for taking out/fixing of pole etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting the external exposed surfaces of steel tubular swaged/rail poles of 9 metres long alongwith cross arms, bracket and connected accessories with one coat of aluminium paint including preparation of old painted surfaces and writing the details of the pole in white letters on black back ground and pasting radium red strickers/paint with 3 lines around the poleetc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting the cross arms, bracket and connected accessories with one coat of aluminium paint of PCC pole including preparation of old painted surfaces and writing the details of the pole in white letters on black back ground and painting radium paint of yellow and black with 3strips around the pole of size not less than 4 cm etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cutting of bushes and cleaning the area around the sub station including two pole/four pole structures premises at Dadwara and Ex Mahararaja Land and cutting the bushes, trimming the trees, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC line spacers to LT over head line poly propylene compositor phase sepraters moulded bolted type suitable for 5 line.etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC line spacers to LT over head line poly propylene compositor phase sepraters moulded bolted type suitable for 4 line.etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnection of electric connection from LT Panel of size not less than 1.5x1.5x0.8 Mtr dressing of cable including replacement of burnt out aluminium lugs and fixing with new lugs, nuts bolt etc complete including all inter connection with aluminium strip of size not less than 0.6Mx0.03Mx6MM 1100 volts grade and suitable current rating including painting of feeder pillar complete with inner & outer with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of primer including excavation & earth workr as required for taking out & refixing the incoming and out going cable, spare parts/ accessories after repair/replacement etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :-Replacement of unserviceable accessories/ parts shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under item No 44 to 51 here-in below.

M& L for Boring of holes under road /pavement/hard standing or any other situation by mannual means for 80/50mm bore for crossing the cable and making good both the ends all as specified and directed at site. Note :- GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.NOTE; :- Tenderer may note that amount of credit will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract.
