Road work:- Excavation in soil in hilly area all heights and depths, in all kind of soil including saturated soil comprising of pick, jumper, blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil including, dewatering wherever required setting out to the required line grades, side slopes trimming bottom and level as shown on the drawings as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site according to technical specifications clause 1603.1 & 1603.2 sorting out useful/ unuseful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lift and transportation of un-useful materials for filling in road ways, embankments for grades improvements and levelling to the required grade and then disposing of surplus excavated earth in acquired width of roads or on approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its levelling fine dressing and all labour, machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by all means ( if required). Recovery of useful stone of 5063.16 cum. @ 300/- per cubic metre amounting to Rs. 15,18,948/- only shall be done on prorata basis for the quantity of cutting in earth work effected. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respect including all leads and lift of materials or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation for structures in all depths as per drawing and technical specification for rural roads clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal in all lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated Suitable materials. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion damage to hill side water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited). All earth work in cutting/excavation including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines grades, side slopes, width, camber super elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge hauling and stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner filling of unevenness blind edge and finishing of the road to specified dimension or as directed by the Enginer-in-Charge. If the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water or water is met with in the excavation due to spring seepage rain and other causes it shall be remove by suitable diversion bailing out or pumping as directed and the area of the foundation or embankment shall be kept dry. Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost in all cases.

Providing and laying concrete Mechanically mixed and vibrated mix 1:6:12 (one cement: six sand: twelve graded, crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size for plain /reinforced concrete in open foundations and plinths or similar works complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 and curing complete including the cost of form work and carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying concrete Mechanically mixed and vibrated mix 1:5:10 (one cement: five sand: ten graded, crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size for plain /reinforced concrete in open foundations and plinths or similar works complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 and curing complete including the cost of form work and carriage of material in all leads, lifts or as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete Grade-(M-10) using crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size) in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203. and curing complete including the cost of form work and carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated P.C.C. M-15 (fifteen) grade for plain /reinforced concrete in sub structure complete as per drawings and technical specification clauses 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 and 1206 and curing complete including the cost of form work and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain/ reinforced cement concrete of mix design to have characteristic strength M-20 (twenty) grade in sub structure or similar works complete as per drawings and technical specifications clause 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202, 1206 and curing complete including the cost of form work and carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete of mix design to have characteristic strength M-25 (twenty five) grade including cost of form work and curing complete in super structure as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 1401.4 including carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete wearing course by mechanically mixed and vibrated of mix design to have characteristic strength M-30 (M-thirty) grade including cost of reinforcement and form work as per Drawing and technical specifications clause 800, 1206.3 curing complete including carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting, and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in substructure complete as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 1001 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting, and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in superstructure complete as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 1001 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Stone masonry in cement mortar for sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 702,704,1202 & 1206 Coursed rubble masonry (2nd (second) sort) in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four sand) curing complete within including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Stone masonry in cement mortar for sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 702,704,1202 & 1206 Coursed rubble masonry (2nd (second) sort) in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand) curing complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Stone masonry in cement mortar for sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 702,704,1202 & 1206 Random rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand) curing complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of dry rubble masonry for retaining walls, breast walls, revetment walls and parapets etc for sub structure and super structure complete as per Drawing and technical specifications clauses 704.6 & 1604 complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing weep hole in brick masonry/ stone masonry / plain reinforced concrete abutment , wing wall, return wall with 100mm dia.(one hundred millimetre diametre) PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1V:20H (one vertical isto twenty horizontal) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 614,709,1206.6 complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Back filling behind abutment wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1206.3 with Granular material complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete 900mm diameter (Nine hundred millimetre) pipe NP3 as per design for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 (one cement: two sand) but excluding excavations, protection works, back filling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets as per drawings and technical specifications for Rural roads clause 1101 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying flooring with rubble stone laid in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement: five sand) laid over cement concrete bedding (cement concrete bedding to be measured and paid for seperately) curing complete as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1303 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4mm (four millimetre) diametre G.I. wire conforming to IS: 280 and IS: 4826 in 100mm x 100mm (one hundred millimetre into one hundred millimetre) mesh (woven diagonally) including 10% (ten percent) extra for laps and joints laid with stones boulders weighting not less than 25 Kg. (twenty five kilogram) each as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1301 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of unlined surface drains by manual / mechanical means of average cross-sectional area 0.40 (zero point four zero) square metre in all kind of soil to specified lines, grades, levels and dimensions. Excavated material to be used in embankment as per Technical Specification Clause 307 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Bridge Work:- Excavation in earth work for structure for bridge work in all height and depths in all kinds of soil including soil comprising of pick, jumper & blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiselling/ wedding out of rock (where blasting is prohibited ) and their intermediate classification of soil. If water is met in the spring seepage rain and other causes it shall be removed by suitable diversion, pumping and bailing out and dewatering the excavation shall be kept dry wherever so required by the contractor at his own cost, including dressing of slopes and beds setting out confirming to required lines, grades, side slopes as shown in the drawing and direction of Engineer-in-Charge and transportation soil to road way and then disposing of surplus excavated earth in required width of road or no approved dumping sites including its stacking levelling and dressing in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation including head load animal load or mechanical means or other incidentals to complete the work as per technical specifications clause 304. All useful materials, such as stones shingles, aggregate and slates shall be sorted out and stacked along sides to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution of disposal of serviceable and un-serviceable materials which shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respect.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:3:6 ( one cement : three sand : six graded, crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal mix in foundation by mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including form work, curing complete as per MoRTH technical specification Clauses 2100 including carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated P.C.C. M-15 (fifteen) grade for plain /reinforced concrete in sub structure complete as per drawings and technical specifications clause 1200, 1500 & 1700 and curing complete including the cost of form work and carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete of mix design to have characteristic strength M-20 (M-twenty) grade in sub-structure in dirt wall and bed block up to any height including centring, staging, cost of formwork and curing complete but excluding cost of reinforcement as per drawing and MoRTH technical specification clause 1500 & 1700 and 2203 complete in all respect including carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in sub structure complete including cost of binding wire as per drawing and MoRTH technical specification Clauses 1600 & 2200 including carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Back filling with granular material behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and MoRTH technical specifications 2200 and as per IRC:78 complete including carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level cast steel rocker bearing conforming to IRC:83 (Pt.-1) section IX and clause 2003 of MoRTH specification complete including all accessories as per drawing and technical specifications 2000, 1000 & 2200 including carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level forged steel roller bearing conforming to IRC:83 (Pt.-1) section IX and clause 2003 of MoRTH specifications complete including all accessories as per drawing and technical specifications 2000, 1000 & 2200 complete including carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/ stone masonry / plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm dia.(one hundred millimetre diametre) AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1V:20H (one vertical isto twenty horizontal) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and MoRTH technical specifications clauses 2706 & 2200 including carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Furnishing and placing reinforced/ prestressed cement concrete by mechanically mixed and vibrated of mix design to have characteristic strength M-35 (M-thirty five) grade in super-structure for box girder bridge deck slab, girder etcetera up to any height including centring, staging, cost of formwork and curing complete but excluding cost of reinforcement as per drawing and MoRTH technical specifications clauses 1500 & 1600, 1700 and 2300 including carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete M-15 (M-fifteen) grade levelling course below approach slab by mechanically mixed and vibrated, including cost of formwork and curing complete as per Drawing and MoRTH technical specifications clause 2704 including carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete by mechanically mixed and vibrated of mix design to have characteristic strength M-30 (M-Thirty) grade in super-structure for approach slab etcetera up to any height including centring, staging, cost of form work, reinforcement and curing complete as per drawing and MoRTH technical specifications clauses 1500, 1600, 1700 & 2704 including carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Cement Concrete wearing coat by mechanically mixed and vibrated of mix design to have characteristic strength in M-30 (M-thirty) grade including cost of reinforcement and form work as per drawing and MoRTH technical specifications clause 2702 and curing complete including carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of RCC railing of M-30 (M-thirty) Grade in cast-in-situ with 20 mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size aggregate, true to line and grade, tolerance of vertical reinforced cement concrete post not to exceed 1 in 500 (one in five hundred), centre to centre spacing between vertical post not to exceed 2000 mm (two thousand millimetre), leaving adequate space between vertical post for expansion, complete as per approved drawings and MoRTH technical specifications clauses 2703, 1500, 1600 & 1700 including carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
