Earth work in excavation in foundations, trenches of under ground structures, sullage drains, etc. and other similar dressing of bottom and sides, to correct levels and rain water, diversion of traffic, fixing & maintenance of caution boards, & night singnals, crossing over excavated soil, clear from the edge of excavation & subsequent filling, where required around mansonry, in 15cm layers, with compaction & disposal of surplus soil as directed within a lead of 30 meters for depth upto 2 meters below natural ground level (for public health works only) (HSR 6.7)

Cement concrete 1:4:8 with stone aggregate 20mm nominal size in foundation & plinth (HSR 10.38)

Cement concrete 1:1½:3 with stone aggregate 20mm nominal size for reinforced concrete work in slabs with inclination not exceeding 25 degree with horizontal, excluding steel reinforcement, but including centering and shuttering, laid in position, complete in all respects. (HSR 10.82+10.95(a))

Cement concrete 1:1½:3 with stone aggregate 20mm nominal size for reinforced concrete work for walls exceeding 20 cm thickness (straight and curved) beams, girders, stairs, columns, (square or rectangular) battens and lintels etc. excluding steel reinforcement but including centering and shuttering, laid in position, complete in all respects. (HSR 10.86+10.95 (a))

Steel reinforcement TMT bars FE-500 EQR / FE-500 'D' grade or more for RCC work, where no included in the complete rate of RCC including straightening, bending, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. and placing in position complete in all respects for all heights/depths/storeys / basements etc. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured in length including hooks, if any, separately for different diameters as actually used in work, excluding overlaps. Wastage, overlaps, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods for binding and placing shall not be measured and cost of these items shall be deemed to be included in the rates for reinforcement.(HSR 18.22)

12 mm thick cement plaster 1:2 (HSR 15.3)+(HSR 15.75)

10 mm thick cement plaster 1:3(HSR 15.51) (on under side of Ceiling)

Preparation of plastered or concrete surfaces for painting, including sand papering the surface, applying one coat of linseed oil & filling with approval quality filler, consisting of white lead, linseed oil, varnish & chalk mitti including finishing surface to the required finish, complete (HSR 16.24)

Painting two coats with ready-mixed exterior paint including primer coat in all shades on newly plastered or concrete surface of walls (HSR 16.26)

Brick-on-edge flooring laid in cement sand mortar 1:4 on 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:8:16 & 100 mm sand filling & cement pointed 1:2 on top (HSR 14.23)
