Terms & Conditions: -

1 Above quoted rates include all taxes, duties, fees, levies, works contract tax, cost of insurance and other charges as may be applicable in relation to the activities proposed to be carried out except for GST, which shall be payable extra as per prevailing rates.

2 Bidders are not allowed to to quote fees less than the minimum fees as mentioned above. If fees quoted NIL (Zero) Value or any value less than minimum fees as mentioned in RFP then the proposal will be summarily rejected.

3 The amount mentioned in the Financial Proposal shall be without any condition attached or subject to any assumption and shall be final and binding. Any tampering with the financial format will lead to rejection of proposal and/or disqualification of bidder at the discretion of NHM-MP.
