(c) PCC kerb and padding shall be laid to desired slope using waterproofing compound LW+. (Payment will be done in concerned items.) (d) 15mm thick polymer modified mortar using URP as admixture @10% of cement content shall be applied on sloped base and vertical surfaces. (e) The surface thus prepared shall be coated with two coats of Dr fixit Hydrochem Super or equivalent in Asian/ Pidilite/ Birla/ Berger. (f) A layer of open woven glass fibre mesh shall be laid over base and vertical surfaces of sunken area. (g) Rendering 10mm thick using polymer modified mortar shall be done over entire area. (h) Curing the sunken portion with water min 48 hours by ponding.

Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth in any type of soil/strata for foundation, etc, or for shafts, wells, drain pipes and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 150mm PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors including dismantling of existing pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipes of bore 150mm including packing under,and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate including necessary shuttering and supports complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-(i) Thickness of bed belew barrel of pipe -10 cm. (ii) Width of bed :- outer dia of pipe plus 30 cm.

Disconnecting existing water tank, setting aside (or lower if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisted if required reconnecting and refixing in same position including replacing necessary GI tubing of capacity exc 500 & n exc 1000 ltrs incl cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipe etc complete all as directed.

Dismantling of brick or terracing tiles of single layers on roofs incl cleaning of bricks/tiles and removal of unusable bricks/tiles and removal from site, complete all as specified.

Wire brushing and cleaning the roof surfaces with water including flashings and junction of parapets complete all as spd.

Demolition of mud in roof any thickness whether full thickness removed or part thereof including plaster & leaping complete all as specified

M&L for APP polymeric water proofing membrane minimum 3 mm thick and weighting not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm black finish reinforced with non-woven polyster matt wt not less than 150 gms/Sqm with thermo fusable finish laid over compatible bitumen primer at the rate of 0.40 Ltr/Sqm torching over laps with a propane or abutan gas torch with a over lap of 75 mm at the side and 100 mm at the ends and sealing including applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminious primer all as per manufacturers instructions incl preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufactarer or their authorised applictor's duly approved by GE in writing.

Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in padding to roof to maintain the required slope and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

Pre cast PCC plain factory made tiles, ISI marked, 22mm thick of size 250mm x 250mm, fabricated using grey cement 7 no pigments on 15 mm thick cement mortor (1:3) bedding and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound over roof surfaces complete all as specified.

Material & labour for a coat of Heat resisting painting to Surfaces of any description wood, steel, iron, concrete, brick, stone, APP surface, etc., exceeding 10cm in width or girth incl preparation of APP surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm and 2-3mm thick water proof putty over new surfaces.

S & F in repair stainless steel curtain rod 25mm dia fixed with decorative brackets and finials at both ends including taiking down existing complete all as specified.

M&L for cutting of tree from wall or roof of building n.exc 10 cm girth, taking out tree trunk portion completely from wall/roof, digging out roof and making good disturbed surface with brick work in cement mortar 1:4 or filling PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm stone aggegate to match the surface as per eixsting complete as directed.

S&Fsingle piece water closet with PP soft close seat coverf, hinges, fixing accessories and accessoried set, cistern fittings S or P trap complete all as specified and directed.

S&F magnet catcher fixed in cabnet shutter (one portion) and wooden frame (other portion) with screw complete all as specified and directed

Taking down rolling shutter push pull or manual type incl taking down accessories like shaft, top cover, guide channel after straightening/ rectify warped/buckled parts and replacing unserviceable components with new with and including cleaning/overhauling greasing etc including Re-fixing complete to walls/RCC members all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. M &L 10mm thick colored out door vitrified tiles of size 300 x 300mm over and including a layer of 15mm thick screed bed in C.M 1 :6 joints filled with coloured cement to match the existing complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Finishing surface of concrete by brooming with brooms whilst concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.
