PART-I Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, bell, socket or power) complete, including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, holders, regulators, sockets, light fittings and including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surfaces by applying white/ colour wash/distemper over applying of putty for smooth finish surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated, FR-LSH type, ISI marked, conforming to IS-694/1990 unsheathed, multistranded, single core, copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade colour code cables drawn through and including PVC Conduit 19/20 mm dia medium grade (MMS) and including cutting, chasing work at any height and all accessories concealed in walls / roofs / floors / ceiling etc. flush mounting MS box with top, bottom, side/back wall knockout for conduit entry from any direction made out of 1.60mm thick and 50mm depth suitable for fixing of modular top cover , blanking plate as per numbers of switch modules, modular switches, sockets, fan regulators, red colour indicator, blank plates etc as approved coloures modular accessories of suitable modules and including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated multistranded FR-LSH type unsheathed single core cable with copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly and including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surfaces by applying white/colour wash/distemper after applying of putty for smooth finish surface complete all as specified and directed for the following:- (Note:- (i) All necessary accessories such as modular box, cover plate with frame, blank plate, MS box, screws, washers etc are to be used of same make/brand only and cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate only.) All as per Item No.2.00 here-in-before but point wiring with 4.00 sqmm PVC insulated multistranded flexible unsheathed copper conductor FR-LSH and earth conductor of size 4.00 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of ceiling fan, 1400mm sweep, 230 Volt, 03 blade type, BEE 5 star rated double ball bearing copper wound complete including necessary connection with required size FR-LSH copper wire complete all as specified and directed. S&F of exhaust fans AC single phase 230 Volt of size 300 mm sweep, 900 RPM approved color with louver and necessary connection with required size FR-LSH copper wire, testing including cutting the existing wall surfaces of brick/stone masonery and making hole at any height for fixing the exhaust fan with nuts, bolts and washers after grouting in PCC complete all as specified and directed. (Note: (i) Rate quoted is deemed to be included for necessary cutting & opening to the existing wall and provision of new 300mm sweep exhaust fan.)

M&L for galvanized iron tubing 40mm dia (medium grade) in any length including embedded in wall two ends duly welded MS holdfast at two ends of GI pipe and providing PCC in wall and making good disturbed surfaces including taking down old unserviceable tube complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fabricated and fixing of street light bracket made out of GI pipe 40mm dia medium grade bent to shape of 1.2 mtr long as directed including clamps made out of 30 mm x 6 mm thick -02 Nos flat iron for fixing bracket suitable for steel tubular poles including nuts and bolts, washers and other connected items of required size including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including taking down old unserviceable brackets complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches for laying under ground cable, foundation and erection of poles and stays in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm soil all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting points as in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Boaring holes horizontally under road without damaging the surface of road(minimum 1.0 Mtr bellow the road surface) with the help of GI tubing of dia not exceeding 100 mm dia for passing of UG cable all as specified and as directed.

M&L for XLPE insulated, LT armoured electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3.5 core laid in trenches/pipes/ducts/wall/borings with necessary cable lugs and glands, nuts, bolts and washers etc and testing including taking down old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Excavation/earth work, sand cushioning, cable cover/brick shall be measured and paid separately if required)

M&L for XLPE insulated, LT armoured electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 70 Sqmm, 3.5 core laid in trenches/pipes/ducts/wall/borings with necessary cable lugs and glands, nuts, bolts and washers etc and testing including taking down old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Excavation/earth work, sand cushioning, cable cover/brick shall be measured and paid separately if required)

M&L for brick covering with width equal to length of brick as protection to cable with well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks of size 250mm x 125mm x 75mm laid dry flat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable in trenches/existing cable trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep including required watering and consolidation after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Only punned down volume of sand to be measured)

M&L for GI pipe 80mm(light grade) laid in trenches floors/on, pole/road for cable projection with all fittings including taking down old unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI pipe 40mm(light grade) laid in trenches floors/on, pole/road for cable projection with all fittings including taking down old unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning LT Feeder Panel of size 1200x1200x600mm, Base dimension with MS angle iron frame 50x50x6mm 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts, AC, 50Hz, outdoor type, floor mounted, free standing, dust and vermin proof, air ventilation made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated and any manufacturer shall be followed CPRI norms and as approved by GE.
