Providing and applying artistic 3D/realistic/semi-realistic/graffiti artwork on walls,

bridge piers and external bridge walls including surface preparation, 2 coats of primer

coat and final finishing coats. Surface preparation involves removing dust, dirt, grease,

algae, old paint, and wire brush using sandpaper and water jetting, followed by

thorough cleaning of the concrete/masonry surface. Any surface cracks or undulations

shall be repaired using an approved exterior-grade crack filler and leveled to

1 uniformity. One coat of high-quality distemper should be applied as a base layer, 1130.40 1426.12 Sqm

followed by two or more coats of durable exterior high-quality paint water resistance

of approved make and shade. All paints used must be UV-resistant, water-repellent

and suitable for outdoor concrete surfaces to ensure long-lasting performance and

aesthetic appearance. Aesthetic insight done by a team of experienced artists, the

work includes necessary scaffolding/man lifter crane, safety measures, tools, labor and

complete finishing as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
