Execution of works

Provision for pointing & edging of the wall etc. with lime sand -surkhi mortar (1:1:1) mixing with organic materials after raking on the joints of wall surface including cleaning, washing etc. CompleteMaterials: Unslaked = 20 kg, methi = 0.1 kg, Brick surkhi =0.03 cum, river sand = 0.03 cum, molasses = 0.3, gul nut = 0.2 kg, mati dal = 0.15 kg, sika latex = 0.1 ltr., white katha = 0.03 kg bel gum = 2 nos. Manpower: unskilled =3 nos, Semi skilled = 1 no., 1st class masion = 1 no.

Earth work in rough excavation, banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with ½ tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depressions, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5m.

Excavating, supplying, stacking and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport up to a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in foundation trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete for all lift.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering-Allworkuptoplinthlevel:1:2:4(1cement: 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) "

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

20 mm cement plaster : 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. Fixed to openings/wooden frames with rawl plugs screws etc.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications :Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Brick on edge flooring/pathway with 80% of new bricks of class designation & 20% of old usable bricks 7.5 on a bed of 12 mm cement mortar, including filling the joints with same mortar, with common burnt clay non modular bricks 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Flush pointing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement for flat tile bricks on top of mud phaska : With F.P.S. brick tiles.

Providing and laying tactile tile (for vision impaired persons as per standards) of size 300x300x9.8mm having with water absorption less than 0.5% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in all colours and shades in for outdoor floors such as footpath, court yard, multi modals location etc., laid on 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in all shapes & patterns including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. "

Supply and fixing of decorative iron benches of length 1.50m of cast iron in both sides with arm and rectangular M.S pipe in sitting and back portion fixing with PCC(1:2:4) platform of size 1X2.50X1.50X0.10m for sitting facilities to the visitors including prime and paint etc. as per direction of Engineer-in -charge.

Provision for repairing old visitor bench changing of rusted pipe, welding, grinding painting etc. complete

Provision for shed above visitor benches and entrance gate with semi circular/ arched roof made of corrugated metal or G.I sheet 0.35 mm or more thick fixed with truss made of vertical steel/iron pillars, painted golden brown for corrosion resistance and aesthetics square bars and joined with posts 50mm dia ms hollow pipes 8ft height from ground level.

Provision for repairing, resizing of damaged main gate with round gate including dismantling damaged RCC post and erection of new RCC posts, including painting, etc. as per direction of site in charge.

Provision for rectification of electrical works for the underground wiring of the halogen street lights and Toilet units as per the direction of the Engineer In- Charge.

Provision for supplying new Granite for CNB.

Provision of engraving in granite for CNB

Provision for clearing grass and removal of the rubbish upto a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared

Dismantling barbed wire or flexible wire rope in fening including making rolls ans stacking within 50 meter lead.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix(including equivalent mix)

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by machanical means including stacking od steel bars and disposal of unservicveable material within 50 metres lead as petr direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Provision for trimming and pruning the away dead or overgrown branches of tree or shrub as per direction of site in charge.
