M & L for non-skid ceremic coloured tiles 7mm to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match of tiles including dismantling of tiles and including M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 1 as above but as in vertical surfaces of tiles and including M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, as in backing layer complete all as specified.

M & L for 20mm-25 mm thick machine cut pre polished kota stone slab as in flooring / shelves / platforms and jointed with grey cement slurry fixed with pigment to match to shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing over and including M&L for 20 mm thick bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes even and rough with and including dismantling floor, hearth or wall kota stone slab including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm-25mm thick machine cut pre polished kota stone slab in riser of steps skirting, dado and pillar,landing in single piece with round nosing with three numbers of serration using as front door steps, laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match including rubbing & mirror polishing ding and inclucding M&L for 10mm thick cement plaster on brick surfaces or concrete surface in cm (1:4) finished even and rough as screed dismantling of wall tile including cement mortar bedding complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for Glazed (plain /coloured) ceramic tiles wall 600mmx300mmx7mm thick on vertical faces of walls and including M&L for 10mm thick rendeing in CM 1:4 set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including taking down old dado/skirting complete all as specified.

M&L for 16mm - 20 mm thick Granite (black colour only) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite. stone including grinding and polishing and M&L for 15mm screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including dismantling of tiles, hearting etc complete all as specified.

M&L for Providing & injecting chemical for post construction ATT along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc in a portion with cement mortar 1:2 to match the existing apron complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Post Construction Anti TermiteTreatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floor sall as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area not exc 1.5 Sqm each including making good disturbed portions of wall with new or old bricks, lintel,cills, etc in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
